Chapter Text
When Danny decided to take a break from all of his issues in Amity Park, he was not expecting to randomly find himself in Happy Harbor watching a group of sidekicks get their ass kicked by a robot. In all honesty, he feels like grabbing one of those beach chairs and coming back and placing it near the fight. Oh... Actually, that sounds like a good idea. Might as well grab a smoothie too.
While he hopes that these sidekicks know what they're doing... ooh ouch, clearly not. Superboy? Superman got a sidekick? Anyways, Superboy got knocked to the ground hard.
Good news! He found a beach chair and a strawberry, mango smoothie, where to put this... Danny walked around a bit, still keeping an eye on the battle as he watched it. He placed the chair right smack dab near the fight, but not in it. And slurped loudly.
The sidekicks and the robot looked at him in disbelief.
"What are you doing? Get out of here!" Robin demanded as he looked at the civilian in a sky blue Hawaiian shirt and gym shorts. The black sunglasses he wore didn't show the teenager's eyes.
Danny smirked, "You might want to pay attention to the battle. So far, y'all are getting a 4.5 for terrible teamwork and lack of listening to each other."
Robin looked baffled as he sputtered and turned back to the battle.
"4.5!" Kid Flash yelled as he stopped in front of the civilian.
"I'm 100% being generous. At least no one is dead, yet." Danny shrugged and slurped on the smoothie in reply.
After watching them a bit longer and with a few of them tearing into a teammate; Danny started slurping loudly again... into his smoothie to get the last bit out. Holding up a scorecard, "3. Shit teamwork, yelling at a teammate, and accusing them of murder is not cool."
Before they could get to him, he smiled widely and disappeared in a cold vapor.
Danny showed up at various of the sidekicks fights and simply kept scorecards as he watched them flounder around. It was strangely entertaining, and the best part was them trying to figure out who he was but couldn't. Danny didn't exist outside of Amity Park.
Amity Park had a massive media blackout. They could see the outside world, but the outside world couldn't see them. Nobody got in, and nobody got out. His town was straight up quarantined. Ancients knew Constantine and Zatara only visited to make sure Phantom was keeping things cleaned.
The halfa was glad he trained with his powers out of using them as a half-ghost. The human half, while arguably weaker than his ghost half, was still powerful. Besides, it's not like you can kill what's already half dead, just simply End.
Off track... again. Danny watched the 'team' for the lack of better words; fight amongst themselves on who was the leader as he slurped on an ecto-smoothie. At least Bane was entertaining.
Oh, look, they got their shit together; somewhat. He deliberately sucked on the straw extra hard as he lifted a 5.5 card. The mini sidekicks turned to him flabbergasted.
"What the hell! Are you following us?" Kid Flash exclaimed.
"Hey. You're at a 5.5... hurry up." Danny snickered as he watched them scowl. Yes. They are entertaining. He's certainly not going to follow JL around when he knows the Bat can call Constantine. Yeah... he would rather not deal with the Bat.
Before they could really question him, Danny decided to skedaddle, turning into an icy vapor. He could hear the sidekicks whine about him.
Snickering as he went to Cabo, maybe he can ride a camel.
