Summary
2003. Athens, Georgia. Paul "Jesus" Rovia, at loose ends after dropping out of college, gets hired as the indie rock buyer at an independent record store. He finds himself both fascinated and repelled by Daryl Dixon, the store's heavy metal and industrial expert. As Hilltop Record Shop is threatened with irrelevancy and staff cuts, Paul and Daryl find themselves increasingly alone together, sharing more in common than they initially thought possible.
