Do not link, repost, quote, or otherwise reference any of my works on A03 to ANY other platform.
There should never be a quote from one of my fics, a link, or any mention floating around in the general fandom.
The ONLY exception to this is: fanart that may be based on my work. Draw what you want. Just do not tag it in a way that will link my work anywhere near the general fandom.
Fics based on/inspired by any of mine make me happy, so of course that's fine. Simply keep fics here on A03, because this is the only place it should be.

I should not feel obligated to say this, but nonetheless I do.
Ultimately, as everyone should, I separate the people from their stage personas. This is not a complicated or unrealistic thing to do.
There's a reason I'm as prolific as I am: these band members are blank slates.
Writers and artists can make their characters into whatever we want. Give them wings, powers, multiple eyes, make them nonhuman, etc… even if the characters are kept human, the band has a fascinating and vague lore that allows for an incredible amount of creativity to fill in the gaps. It's a ton of fun.
I do not write RPF. I am using characters. That is all.
People comment saying my writing helps them, even… I can't express how I feel about that. It's bizarre… but it helps me, knowing that.
So, here's the point:
I know this is the internet after all, and ‘if I wouldn't want it out there, don't post it’… but I want to share what I create. I have many more stories to share.
Do not cross the boundaries between fic and reality, or my writing will no longer exist.
Keep the boundaries where they should be.
