   Summary

   This fic is the Dune equivalent of Arrested Development.

   It’s an odd match, considering the Bene Gesserit spent thousands of years for the union to take place. Katerine Atreides, pouty middle-child princess, uses her naivety to entice her betrothed. Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen, psychopathic heir, is more than willing to make her his newest pet. Two very different, yet similarly petulant, children are to make a God between them. But, it becomes obvious they were made for each other.

   Starts slow as they meet each other before the wedding. Then, suddenly, you're in the sandy Arrakis trenches with a pregnant couple foaming at the mouth. Obvious AU, but there are reasonable Dune-aligned consequences for the changes I'm making.

   You may enjoy this story if you're into:
   - possessive, obsessive, jealous, touch-her-and-die MMC
   - an FMC who is not anywhere near as innocent as she makes herself out to be
   - a tone that gets darker the longer it goes on
   - a tasteful (or concerning) amount of feral fucking when the slow burn actually starts burning

   Blanket TW: Characters (including Feyd) are NOT NICE. There's lots of killing and the other Archive Warning in the first line.
