Having escaped Dallas to a new timeline, everything was finally perfect for the Umbrella Siblings. Sure, they had to forgo their old house to the Sparrows, and they had to avoid their dopplegangers running around the world, but otherwise this was a perfectly good timeline. It had been a few years since arriving and everything had been going great. Mostly.
Except for that itching feeling in the back of Five's mind. The one that everyone called him on that said he would never be happy in retirement. That he needed chaos and disorder and apocalypses or he would die of boredom. And so, after a year off, he resigned with the Commission. Nothing else could get his rocks off quite like killing people. It wasn't the thing that was missing from his life, but it certainly was close. The only other issue being those pesky night terrors that had been plaguing him every night since the moment they arrived here; that told him something was not quite right with this timeline...
