The turtles were on their way to April’s apartment after another successful fight with a mutant.
And while on the way there, they begin to talk about the events.
“Do you guys see how I portal chopped his arm? He was freaking out the whole time!” Leo said while swinging his sword around.
“And did you guys see how me and Raphie were able to use our fire smashing combo whip on that fool? He was pretty much done for after seeing it!” Mikey also said happily.
“Ah, another fight added to our collection. And good thing too because I recorded the whole thing, even while I was helping you guys in that fight.” Donnie also said.
Seeing his 3 younger brothers talking about the fight and having fun with each other putted a smile on Raph’s face.
“Well I’m just glad that we’re all safe. But I do have to wonder why April invited us to her apartment?” Raph asked.
“Don’t know. But I heard it might be a surprise party.” Leo said.
“Yes a surprise party, how joyous.” Donnie said sarcastically.
“Ooh! We’re here!” Mikey said while pointing at the apartment and running towards it.
“Mikey slow down! You’ll hurt yourself!” Raph said in a worried tone.
“Well what are you guys waiting for? Let’s go!” Leo said while also running afte his little brother.
And so the turtles enters the apartment,
And make their way to where April is.
So that they can learn about why she invited them to her place.

When they arrive at April’s place,
The Turtles sees a disco ball, a bunch of foods and drinks on the table and a movie playing on the TV.
Then they see their friend coming out from the kitchen while holding a tray of cookies.
“Hey guys! So glad you all came here just in time for the celebration.” She said upon seeing her friends.
“You mean, you’re celebrating our latest victory too?” Leo asked.
“Yep, with a party. And look I even made chocolate chip cookies.” April replied.
“Ooh, Raph loves chocolate chip cookies. Let me have one.” The red banded turtle said as he walks towards April.
“Here you go my friend.” April said.
And so after Raphael eats the cookie, it was now time for the party to truly begin.
“Well since we’re here. Let’s get this party started!” Mikey said happily while pulling out 2 air horns from his belt.

The party started off with a bang.
With both Donatello and Leonardo dancing together as twins.
Mikey helping April O’Neil make more cookies.
And Raph starting to feel dizzy with his cheeks swelling up.
Wait what?
When he saw his hands also getting swollen, he realised that he must’ve ate a peanut by accident.
But there were no peanut like products at April’s place, so why was he having a allergic reaction.
Then he remembers eating the cookie and realising that not only were they laced with chocolate chips.
But they were also laced with peanuts.
So not wanting to die, Raph tries to get the twins’ attention.
But they just keep on dancing.
Until eventually they do notice that something was wrong with him.
But not before Raphael vomits in front of them and starts to have a seizure.
“Raph!” Leo said in horror.
“Raphael!” Donnie also said in horror.
When the disaster twins checked in on them, Leo realised in horror.
That Raphael was having a allergic reaction.

When they finished making another batch of cookies,
Both April and Mikey heard both Leo and Donnie calling out to Raph in a scared tone.
So they both leave the kitchen and are horrified to see the red banded turtle swelling up and having a seizure.
“Oh me gosh! What happened to Raphie?” Mikey asked in a scared tone.
“Raph’s having a allergic reaction. He must’ve eaten something that was laced with peanuts.” Leo said.
“Quick Dee! Call dad!” Mikey said.
“Which one? Our rat dad? Or our sheep dad?” Donnie asked.
“Both! Call both of them!” Mikey replied.
“Don’t worry Mikey, I always have a epi-pen in my belt in case this ever happens.” Leo said.
“Yeah but what kind of monster putted peanuts in a cookie?” Donnie said in confusion.
This causes April to head back to the kitchen to check on the cookies.
And when she goes to the first batch of cookie, she picks one up and break it.
Only to see that it is also filled with peanuts.
Making her realise that she accidentally putted peanuts in them which is why Raph’s having a allergic reaction.
So feeling guilty for what she had done, she runs out of the kitchen.
And into the bathroom.

Thankfully by then, Leo was able to use the epi pen on his older brother.
Stabilising Raph who begins to swell down and start breathing normally.
Much to his 3 younger brothers relief.
But then they see April running out of the kitchen.
“Hey April, how’s it going?” Mikey asked.
“Don’t take to me, i’m going to the bathroom.” She said with tears in her eyes,
But not before she slams the bathroom door.
This causes Donnie to be confused as he has never seen his childhood friend that upset before.
So while Leo and Mikey stays by Raph’s side while the Alligator Snapping Turtle recovers,
He goes to the bathroom to check on April.

When he enters the bathroom, Donnie sees April next to the toilet crying.
And he could tell that she’s crying due to the fact that her makeups are coming off because of the tears.
So wanting to comfort her, the spiny softshell turtle takes off his Battleshell, walks towards his friend,
And sits next to her.
Until eventually she stops crying and sees that Donnie is with her.
“What’s wrong? Come on you can tell me everything.” Donnie said to his friend.
“I almost killed Raph.” April said in a sad tone of voice.
“What? No. How could someone like you almost kill out brother? You’re a really nice person and-“ Donnie tries to say before being interrupted by April.
“You’re not getting it. I was so excited about throwing a party with you guys that I’ve forgotten that Raph is allergic to peanuts. And when I was making the cookies for you all, I unknowingly putted peanuts in them.” April said.
“Wait. So does that mean?” Donnie asked.
“Yes, that I’m the monster who putted peanuts in the cookies! I’m sorry!” April said while still feeling guilty about the whole thing.
So upon seeing her really upset, Donnie decides to give her a little hug {even though he doesn’t like hugs}
“No, no, no April. Don’t say that. You’re not a monster.” He said to his friend.
“I’m not? Then what am I?” April said with confusion.
“You’re a great friend, a strong fighter and a smart person. Besides I’m not mad that you nearly killed Raph, I’m just glad that we’re still friends despite this.” Donnie said.
“Really? You mean it?” April asked.
“Yes. And I forgive you for putting peanuts in the cookies.” Donnie replied.
Realising that her friends still loves her even after that disaster,
April hugs her friend back.
Until eventually a minute later, they got up from the floor.
And then they both go back to where the other turtles are with April helping Donnie put his Battleshell back on him.

Thankfully when they return,
They both see that Raphael doesn’t look swollen anymore and is ok now much to Leo and Mikey’s relief.
Upon seeing this, April decides to tell the 3 turtles what actually happened that caused Raph to have a allergic reaction.
“Hey guys. I know I already told Donnie what happened. But I think it would be better if I told you all what happened.” April said.
“You accidentally putted peanuts in the cookies?” Leo asked.
“Yes but how did you guys know that?” April asked.
“We heard the whole thing behind the bathroom door. But it’s ok as we forgive you too.” Mikey replied.
“Really? You guys mean it?” April said as she begins to have happy tears.
“Yeah, it’s not your fault that you forgotten that Raph has a peanut allergy and putted them inside those delicious cookies. As no matte what happened we’ll always still be friends right guys?” Raphael said while getting up from the ground.
“Right!” Both Leo and Mikey said.
And so just like that she proceeds to hug Raphael.
“I love you guys!” April said happily.
We love you too.” Raph also said happily.
And so after that the mad dogs spends the rest of the night watching a movie together.
While eating some popcorns and some peanuts free chocolate chip cookies.
And during the movie, April watches her friends laugh and having fun with each other.
Which makes her smile.
As despite whatever happens to them in the future,
The Mad Dogs will always be together.
No matter what.
