Summary
When Cupid Me shoots Kyle with an arrow and appears unaffected, Cartman realizes the arrows can't give someone feelings they already have for someone. Cartman is reeling from finding out Kyle has a crush on him, and while he feels the same way, he still feels discouraged and doesn't know what to do with this information.
