   Summary

   In our world, Project Stargate was an attempt by government officials to weaponize psychic power. In Eagleland, it is instead Project Starfall, and it consists of one psychic kid.

   Under the Nowhere Islands sleeps a great dragon, that once lived among people, until it's power could no longer be controlled. It was sealed away and its great power protects the islands.
