Ochaco Uraraka does not like Toga Himiko.
Shes a murderer. Shes obsessed with Deku. Who Ochaco does love, (or at least she thinks she does...?)
Did she want to talk to Toga? Did she want to fight her?
Is this just part of being a hero? (Even though Hawks killed Twice.)
Maybe its because Tsyuu said so
The system makes people pity villains?
Why would Ochaco pity her?
Shes a villain.
She kills people.
She’s killed people wearing Ochaco’s face & using her quirk.
At the time, she said it wasn’t pity. Was she telling the truth?
It felt powerful see her emotions though. All those clones wanting...
At the time. She wanted to excuse her. To defend her. ‘I figured there must’ve been a reason’? What was she thinking. Why was she trying to rationalise her so bad? Shes a villain.
Even if she looked sad.
Even if Toga thought she looked sad.
Even if they both were.
Togas smile... when they met in the woods, it was creepy. Horrifying. How could she smile like that at a time like this?
Ochaco likes smiles. Its the reason she wants to be a hero. To save the day and put a smile on everyone's faces.
Maybe shes jealous. Toga declaring what she loves, with her whole face, her whoole being...
It makes her jealous. When her smile looks so perfect. How could a villain smile like that? Ochaco loves smiles, and she doesn't want to ignore Himikos’.
Why did she offer Himiko a lifetime worth of her blood? Why did she want to talk about romance with her?
Even now, she doesn't understand.
Her body was going cold. She was loosing too much blood. But at the time, all she could think about was how much sorrow she must be feeling. She just wanted to reach and grab it. To take it away forever.
She started talking about her parents. How she wanted to become a hero so that they could live easier. Then about how she realised the world was so much bigger than that, and how she fell in love with Midoriya. And now she's trying to stop Toga.
She doesn't want to think about how her falling in love with Midoriya, made her think about Toga.
She asked Toga about everything. Her thoughts, her feelings, and what's on her mind.
And she did.
About how she falls in love easy. With animals, with villains, with heroes, with boys.
With girls.
Beacuse of how theyve got such amazing blood. And Ochaco cant help but wonder, is that how she shows love? Becoming them?
Everyone would told her to stop grinning, has anyone said how pretty her smile is before Ochaco? Could such simple words have saved her?
She doesnt even like izuku for him. Just because she reminds him ofsomeone else. She shows love through her quirk, but she cant ask for blood.
Toga would have gotten called a freak, and she knows that.
What happens to all the love she cant express? Where does it go?
Shes part of the problem. Instead of helping her, like a good hero should, she scholded her.
The league of villains were the first people to accept her. Not her family. None of her schoolfriends.
How did Ochaco never recognise the signs? They were always there
Faling through the sky, wrapped around eachother...
It might be the most romantic thing shes ever experienced in her lifr.
Shes not going to be able to forget this.
Theres something special about Himiko. Its not just her smile. Its also how amazing she is for trying her best anyway, even whens shes been beaten down so hard.
‘Do you really think im cute?’ and shes smiling so purely, so happily, despite the tears flowing down her face.
‘The cutest girl in the whole world’ how could she think any different? The answer comes easy. Theres no-one cuter than Himiko, the girl who smiles so beautifly, the girl who loves with her whole being, the girl who deserved so much better and even if its too late and Ochaco isnt the leauge-
She wants to try and give it to her.
All Himiko wanted was a world she could live in. A world that let someone like her exist. If she had met vlad, with a blood quirk like hers, how much different could her life have been?
By now, shed been on the ground, slowly bleeding out, and still.
As she lay there dying, she couuldnt help but look up at himiko. One of her buns had come unravelled, and the sky was framing her with a halo. She looked angelic.
And she was still complimenting Ochaco. Is she really a villain? She could have finished Ochaco off. She could have stolen her blood to become her, she could ahve fled to save herse;f
Yet she didnt
She told Ochaco about how the world the leaguse will make will be easier for her. More accepting. Better.
And yet....
She took Ochacos blood, and became her one lasy tie. Fighting through the pain of overusing her quirk to save her. Only beuace, she couldnt bear to live without her.
To the point where shed sacrifice her own life
And to prove how she felt, she gave up all pf her blood. Whild praising her, again.
And she wasnt even sure if it would work. But fror Ochaco she was willing. Willing to give up all her blood if it meant there was a chance of Ochaco being saved.
All while praising her. And ignoring Ochacos pleads to save herself.
Hoe wven though her heart is fulll og pain, Ochaco made it feel so light.
‘thank you Ochaco, youve made me so happy. Truly, genuinely happy’ and Ochacos crying again.
And shes lying down next to her, holding her as she gives up her life. All Ochaco wants to do is hold her to gaze at her to love her-
But she cant.
She wakes up on a hospital bed, and she realizes a few things
Toga is a villan. And Ochaco is a hero.
She never could have loved her
