So, we all know the story of how Reo and Nagi met, so I'm not gonna repeat it. What I AM going to talk about is how Reo says that his life was insanely boring before he met Nagi and used to call him his "treasure" (according to the 1301223 interview w/ @/thurakira right after they left Blue Lock and got scouted to Manshine City). Who says that about a platonic best friend?

I don't need to give you the play-by-play of Reo and Nagi's relationship, but anyone who's seen pictures of them, interviews, or even tweets knows they're extremely close. What some of you newgens may not know is that they had a terrible falling out during BL, as substantiated by this Raichi tweet from last year:

Let's ignore him calling Reo a stalker and saying he has bpd (let's not try to diagnose actual people ty!). Jealousy is a bitch!
What I'm focusing on is how Reo and Nagi fought because Nagi picked Isagi over Reo.
There was a lot of drama a while ago about Reo apparently not liking being around Isagi - doesn't this make sense now? He's still hurt over Nagi picking Isagi over him.

Now, let's dive deeper. On 200523, Reo posted a picture (presumably at Nagi's house) and you can see Nagi in the background absorbed in a Valorant match. I won't quote the tweet because I'm too lazy to find it Reo posts TOO much but the caption reads "Valorant is clearly more important." which is obviously a reference to this meme (I couldn't find the original):

Nagi then replied "if reo is my wife forever, ill be happy". Now what matters here is Reo's response - he didn't reply in the thread, but ~5m later he posted "I'll be happy too." to his feed with *no* context. In the next few tweets, I'm going to talk about Blue Lock streaming era (aka starting with the U20 match) & then Manshine City era (aka now).

OP is private but someone uploaded the entire thread on a burner account and it actually kind of... makes sense? Idfk man, let me know what you guys think. I always thought Mikage and Nagi were really close, but I thought it was just a friendship thing. If Mikage is actually into Nagi romantically a lot of things will make more sense now... Idk if I can still be his fan though bro.

I don't want to put on my tinfoil hat but doesn't Nagi look kind of uncomfortable with Mikage's behavior sometimes? Like maybe he knows he likes him like that and doesn't feel comfortable. You can see in the thread that Raichi called Mikage a stalker at some point. He just gives off spoiled rich kid who always gets what he wants vibes, but now that's just creepy lol.
