Summary
Wade let go of the man’s neck, but Peter made no sign to run, just took in a few deep, shaky breathes.
Then Peter did the most stupid thing, he smiled at Wade. “Thank you, I knew you were the man I thought you were!” Peter sighed and he put his hands on his hips. “Now, I bet our order is ready. Do you want to go check? We can sit at the table I was at. I was just doing some studying.”
Wade blinked, then blinked again while he stared at Peter. “There’s something wrong with you, kid. I just went all BDSM on you non-consensually and you want to go on a coffee date with me. What the fuck is wrong with you? Are you sure that you’re not crazy? I know crazy, I am crazy, you’re fucking crazy.”
Peter laughed and he nodded, “That I am, I am fucking crazy. There is definitely something wrong with me. Can we go for coffee now? I haven’t had one today and I’m jonesing for it.” He pointed towards the coffee shop before walking in that direction, leaving Wade to stare after him, puzzled.
