Chapter Text
Name: Midoriya Izuku
Grade: 1-A
Class: English / Room 109
On the lines below, please write a short story with proper grammar, at least 5 3-syllable words, and a coherent plotline. Proper usage of italics and bold will give a maximum or 3 extra points.
Staple extra papers to the back if needed.
The worst part of the average 1-A class year was not the sex-ed class, nor the injuries, nor Nedzu's numerous and unfortunate pranks, but the parents .
Every year, Aizawa would get at least one patient and understanding parent who would work fluidly with the student's teachers to further their education and nurture their growth as a hero, and every year, he would get at least one impatient and ignorant parent who would oppose and resist every attempt to work on the student's education and career.
Thus, the worst part of the year was the mid-year PTA meetings where Aizawa was legally required to meet all of his 1-A student's parents, as their homeroom teacher.
"I am here!"
"I'm also here. Hello, Mr. Aizawa."
All Might and Mrs. Midoriya walked through the door, the first parents scheduled for the day. Already, a headache was forming.
"Hey. Where is Midoriya-kun?" Aizawa questioned, only adding the short informal greeting as the respect Mrs. Midoriya deserved.
"He's in the bathroom, he should be here shortly." Mrs. Midoriya said simply, sitting in a chair and folding her hands in her lap, "Is there anything you'd like to tell me before our son gets here?"
—
It was at this moment that Izuku realised “If I turn this in, Yamada-sensei is absolutely going to show this to Aizawa-sensei and Aizawa-sensei is going to kill me. Also, everybody's going to probably realise I write fanfic because of how I write. The fanfic part is unlikely and so is the murder part, but Yamada-sensei will try to show Aizawa-sensei, or at least tell him about it. Or worse! Yamada-sensei could tell All Might about the father thing and give All Might a heart attack!”
To counteract this, he cracked his knuckles and dragged out his keyboard to make a digital copy for e-mailing purposes. He'd have to stay up a little late to complete this and his English homework assignment, but you have to crack a few eggs to make an omelette.
(Probably not a perfect use of the idiom, but it was Izuku's favourite, because it included eggs and his favourite childhood breakfast item.)
Time to give an ancient villain a heart attack.
—
"No." Aizawa would've said, if the entire door wall hadn't spontaneously exploded; only not causing Mrs. Midoriya and Aizawa's death due to All Might quickly punching debris away from the two.
"That's my son, not that blond posers'!" All for One practically screamed, "And I wasn't invited to his PTA meeting, why?"
"Because All Might is his real father." Aizawa spoke plainly, "Please leave the premises."
All for One was a villain, but he wasn't well-known or important despite being around for so long. Due to legal documents, All Might was in fact Izuku Midoriya's true father and you could take that to the courtroom. Even emotionally, All Might was Izuku's father and All for One could've been another llama in a petting zoo for all he mattered.
"I can't accept this!" All for One sobbed pathetically, "I provided financial aid, it doesn't matter that I wasn't there for him since he was 4 years old!"
"Do you even know his name?" All Might scolded All for One, who could only stutter while Midnight, that day's security guard, escorted him from the building, "I've been here for him ever since he was a child! Besides, your so-called son doesn't even remember your face, but he remembers mine!"
—
Izuku winced while rereading the paragraph he just wrote, but continued typing instead of editing it. After all, he was going for emotional damage at this point, not realism.
—
"It's true!" Izuku burst in from the corner, ignoring the destroyed wall, "All Might's been my dad for my whole life! I forgot you even existed."
Izuku hadn't heard most of the conversation, but had heard most of what All Might said, and he spoke from the heart. All Might was his true father, in heart and soul.
"No!" All for One cried, but alas, his attempt at emotional parting words was cut off by the fact he was out of range of the family's hearing.
"I'll pay for the wall, Aizawa." All Might offered sheepishly, watching the other man sip his coffee with dead eyes.
"It's Nedzu's problem." Aizawa waved All Might away, "Let's get this over with."
—
After a bit of thinking, Izuku stopped writing partially due to art block and partially due to wanting to get a bit of sleep that night. Without beta reading his work, he copy pasted the words and e-mailed it to the shell company All for One used for his fake business emails. He knew how obsessive his father was; one way or another, he'd manage to read the words, and his eyes would burn. Or, preferably, his chest would burn, and he'd have a heart attack before using some heart attack prevention quirk or whatever.
Quickly, Izuku closed his computer and started on another English assignment before he could start obsessing over a theoretical heart attack prevention quirk.
(Smartly, Shigaraki kept the knowledge of Midoriya's adoption fic away from
Shigaraki's
adoptive father, lest he rage quit supporting his team, or worse, just killed him and his allies.)
