   Summary

   Growing up, you're always told not to hitchhike, stranger danger and all that. Not everyone who offers you help has the best of intentions in mind. Drake and Josh find that out the hard way when flagging down help on the side of a dusty road after their car breaks down. These men aren't here to help them, and they're not here to simply take their wallets and run either. They're after something much worse than that.

   Meanwhile, San Diego County detectives are reeling from the discovery of the seventh victim of who the news has dubbed the "San Diego Snatcher". Seven victims, and they're no closer to a suspect. The case gains national attention when a prominent San Diego weatherman's sons go missing, and are feared to be the next victims.
