Summary
Our promises stay lingering in the air everyday as a silent reminder of our duties, loyalties, and wishes. Promises are a sacred thing that people hold to their hearts; To find comfort in just because you said, "I promise." That is until you break your promises. Suddenly the ties that once held up your now false vows are snapped. One by one they fall, collapsing the bridges that once connected you to the ones you love. Tsukishima Kei knows this all very well. 5 years ago he made a promise, but just like many others, he failed and snapped the cord. It is his biggest regret because the person that was connected to him by that very piece of invisible string, was the love of his life, Yamaguchi Tadashi. Now, he is willing to do almost anything to make things right.
Or: 5 years ago, Tsukishima broke a promise to Yamaguchi. He's now decided to try and make things right.
