   Summary

   Voldemort won. The Wizarding World had lost and unspeakable horrors await. This story centers on Bill Weasley and his attempt to go back in time and fix it. This world will be slightly AU, but the setting will mostly follow canon, save for the fact that Voldemort won, magical combat has been expanded in some non-canon ways, and Horcruxes will be quite different.
