Work Text:
Peter and Ned had always been an inseparable duo, bound by their shared love of all things geeky. But recently, as they sat in the bustling cafeteria of Midtown High, they stumbled upon an idea that was as wild as it was perfect.
It all started when Peter, after demolishing his second tray of lunch, noticed Ned watching him with wide eyes.
"How do you do it, man?" Ned asked, shaking his head in disbelief. "You just ate enough to feed a small army, and you’re still hungry!"
Peter shrugged, wiping his mouth with a napkin. "I don’t know, it’s just my metabolism, I guess. You know how it is."
Ned’s eyes lit up, an idea sparking to life. “Wait a minute, Pete. What if we turned this into something big? Like, really big?”
Peter tilted his head, curious. “What do you mean?”
“Think about it,” Ned said, leaning in closer. “People love watching weird stuff online. Mukbangs are huge right now—videos of people eating massive amounts of food. You could totally do that! I mean, you’ve got the appetite, and it’s not like you have to worry about the calories or anything.”
Peter chuckled, the idea sounding both absurd and strangely appealing. "A Mukbang? Seriously?"
"Why not? You could eat like you normally do, just in front of a camera. We’ll set up a YouTube channel, and boom—you’ll be raking in views."
Peter’s eyebrows shot up. The thought of using his superhuman metabolism for something as mundane as eating on camera was hilarious, but the more he thought about it, the more it made sense. He was always hungry, always eating, and if he could make a little money off it, why not? Aunt May was struggling to keep up with Peters increased metabolism, so anything to help her out in feeding him was a great idea to Peter.
"Okay," Peter said slowly, a grin spreading across his face. "Let's do it. But how are we going to set this up?"
Ned was already pulling out his phone, fingers flying across the screen as he searched for equipment. “We’ll need a good camera, some decent lighting, and maybe a microphone to pick up all the chewing sounds. I can handle the tech side, editing, and uploading the videos. You just have to eat, my friend.”
Peter laughed, nodding in agreement. “Alright, but we’ve got to make sure Aunt May doesn’t catch on. She’ll freak if she knows I’m eating this much junk food.”
Ned waved his hand dismissively. “We’ll keep it low-key. We can film in your room or even at my place when my mom’s out. Trust me, Pete, this is going to be awesome.”
Over the next few days, they worked out the details. Ned gathered his camera and lighting equipment, while Peter made a list of the most outrageous foods they could find. They planned to start with something simple and cheap—a mountain of burgers from a local fast-food joint—and gradually work their way up to more insane challenges.
The two of them set up a mini studio in Peter’s bedroom, careful to keep everything hidden from Aunt May. They draped a plain sheet behind Peter’s desk, giving it a clean backdrop, and placed the camera on a tripod in front of him. The lighting was tricky, but after a few adjustments, Ned managed to get it just right.
“Alright, Pete, this is it,” Ned said, holding up his phone to make sure the camera was recording. “Ready to become the next Mukbang sensation?”
Peter sat in front of the camera, a tray of burgers stacked high in front of him. He took a deep breath, trying to suppress his nerves. This was definitely out of his comfort zone, but if anyone could pull it off, it was him.
“Let’s do this,” Peter said, flashing a confident smile at the camera.
Ned gave him a thumbs-up and hit record. The first Mukbang video of Peter Parker—soon to be known as the insatiable eater of New York—had officially begun.
------------------------------
Peter had settled into a routine that balanced school, superhero duties, and his newfound side hustle as a Mukbang YouTuber. His channel, hilariously dubbed “Bite & Binge,” had started to gain traction, racking up views from all over the world. It wasn’t long before his subscriber count skyrocketed, with fans marvelling at how a seemingly ordinary skinny teenager could eat such massive amounts of food without breaking a sweat.
On one of his scheduled lab days, Peter swung over to Avengers Tower, a place that had become a second home of sorts. Tony had taken him under his wing, providing access to advanced technology, and mentoring him both as a young hero and as a budding scientist.
As Peter entered the tower, he was greeted by the familiar voice of F.R.I.D.A.Y., Tony's AI assistant. "Good afternoon, Mr. Parker. Mr. Stark is expecting you in the lab."
“Thanks, F.R.I.D.A.Y.,” Peter replied, making his way to the elevator. He was excited to show Tony some of his latest web fluid upgrades, but he was also feeling a bit nervous—Tony had a way of knowing when something was up, and Peter wasn’t sure how he’d react to the whole Mukbang thing.
When Peter arrived at the lab, he found Tony hunched over a holographic display, adjusting the design of some new suit component. Without looking up, Tony greeted him, “Hey, Underoos. How’s school?”
“Good, good,” Peter replied, setting his backpack down on a nearby table. “Got an A on my physics test, so… yeah, pretty good.”
Tony glanced at him with a smirk. “Physics? Nice. You’ll be building arc reactors in no time.” He then returned to his work, but there was a mischievous glint in his eye that Peter didn’t quite catch.
As Peter began unpacking his own gear, Tony casually asked, “So, how’s the YouTube channel going?”
Peter froze, his heart skipping a beat. He looked up slowly to see Tony grinning at him, clearly enjoying the reaction. “Uh… YouTube channel? I, uh, don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Tony raised an eyebrow, the grin widening. “Come on, Pete. You didn’t really think you could keep something like that from me, did you? I mean, I’ve got F.R.I.D.A.Y. keeping tabs on the internet for any mention of your name or, you know, any of your extracurricular activities. Imagine my surprise when I found ‘Bite & Binge’ trending.”
Peter groaned, rubbing the back of his neck. “Oh man, I knew this was a bad idea…”
Tony waved a hand dismissively. “Relax, kid. I’m not mad. Actually, it’s kind of genius, in a weird way. I just never pegged you for a Mukbang star.”
Peter looked up, surprised. “You’re not… mad?”
“Mad? Nah. I mean, it’s not exactly the kind of heroics I was expecting from you, but hey, it’s harmless. And if it helps you make a few bucks, who am I to judge? Just—” Tony hesitated, searching for the right words, “—why exactly are you doing these Mukbang videos? I mean, it’s not every day that a kid with your potential decides to make a career out of eating on camera.”
Peter paused, the question catching him off guard. He set down his tools and looked at Tony, trying to gauge his mentor’s mood. Tony’s expression was curious, not judgmental, so Peter decided to be honest.
“It’s… kind of a long story,” Peter admitted, leaning back in his chair. “It started off as a joke between me and Ned, but the truth is, I’ve been having a hard time keeping up with my metabolism. I’m always hungry, like, all the time. And it’s not just regular hungry—it’s like I need to eat a ton of food just to feel normal.”
Tony nodded, listening intently. “And I’m guessing Aunt May’s grocery bill isn’t exactly cutting it anymore.”
Peter let out a small, embarrassed laugh. “Yeah, that’s part of it. I didn’t want to stress her out, you know? She already worries about me enough. So when Ned suggested the Mukbang thing, I thought, why not? I’m already eating a lot anyway, and if I could make some money doing it, maybe I could help cover the cost of all the extra food.”
Tony frowned slightly, the gears in his mind turning. “Why didn’t you just tell me? You know I’ve got you covered if you need anything—especially something as basic as food.”
Peter looked down, feeling a bit guilty. “I know, Mr. Stark. And I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me. But I didn’t want to take advantage of your generosity. I figured if I could handle it myself, I should try. Plus, the Mukbang thing—at first it seemed like a fun way to solve the problem, and then it just sort of took off.”
Tony considered this for a moment, his expression softening. “I get it, Pete. You want to be independent, and that’s admirable. But there’s no shame in asking for help when you need it—especially when it’s something as essential as food. You’ve got a lot on your plate, figuratively and literally, and you don’t have to do it all alone.”
Peter nodded, appreciating Tony’s understanding. “I guess I just didn’t want to be a burden.”
“You’re not a burden, kid,” Tony said firmly. “You’re a good kid, and you’re doing your best to juggle school, being Spider-Man, and now this whole YouTube thing. But here’s the thing—your health comes first. If you’re struggling to keep up with your metabolism, let me know. We can figure out a solution that doesn’t involve you eating yourself sick on camera.”
Peter smiled, relieved that Tony wasn’t upset. “Thanks, Mr. Stark. I’ll keep that in mind.”
Tony leaned forward, his tone shifting to a more serious note. “And one more thing—if you’re going to keep doing these Mukbang videos, just be smart about it. You’ve got a lot of eyes on you now, and the last thing we need is someone recognizing you or figuring out you’re Spider-Man because they noticed you eating ten times the normal amount. I can help you set up some safeguards, maybe a little more anonymity. What do you think?”
Peter’s eyes lit up at the offer. “That would be awesome! I didn’t even think about how to keep my identity safe beyond just not showing anything Spider-Man related.”
Tony grinned, happy to help. “Consider it done. We’ll make sure ‘Bite & Binge’ stays just that—a hungry, anonymous kid who loves his food.”
Peter felt a wave of gratitude wash over him. Tony wasn’t just a mentor; he was someone who genuinely cared. And knowing that he had Tony in his corner made all the difference.
“Thanks, Mr. Stark,” Peter said sincerely. “For everything.”
“Anytime, kid. Just remember, the internet’s a funny place. Things can go viral for all sorts of reasons, and not always in a good way. But if you’re having fun and not putting yourself at risk, I say go for it.”
Tony turned back to his work, but after a moment, he added, “Oh, and by the way—next time you do one of those challenges, let me know. I’ll send over some gourmet food. Might as well eat well if you’re going to eat big.”
Peter grinned, the nervousness completely gone now. “Deal. And, uh, if you want, I could bring some leftovers next time?”
Tony glanced at him with a mock-serious expression. “Leftovers? Parker, when it comes to food, there’s no such thing. But yeah, I might take you up on that.”
As they dove into their work, Peter couldn’t help but feel relieved. Sure, his Mukbang channel was a little out there, but if Tony Stark—the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist—was cool with it, then maybe it wasn’t such a crazy idea after all.
------------------------------
Peter sat in his room, the camera rolling as he prepared for what was undoubtedly going to be his most exciting Mukbang video yet. The setup was the same as always: the simple backdrop, the good lighting that Ned had expertly arranged, and the high-quality camera that captured every detail. But today’s video was special. Today, Peter wasn’t just eating any random assortment of fast food or snacks. Today, he was about to feast on a spread of gourmet dishes, courtesy of none other than Tony Stark himself.
Peter took a deep breath, adjusting his hoodie and making sure everything was in place before looking directly at the camera with a grin. “Hey everyone, welcome back to Bite & Binge! Today, I’ve got something really special for you guys. This isn’t just any Mukbang—this is a *gourmet* Mukbang, and it’s all thanks to a very special sponsor. That’s right, today’s video is brought to you by none other than Tony Stark!”
He could almost hear the collective gasp of his viewers as he said those words. Leaning forward, Peter revealed the impressive spread that had been laid out in front of him: dishes meticulously prepared by top chefs, delivered straight to his door by Tony’s team. There was everything from truffle pasta to wagyu beef sliders, delicate sushi rolls, and even a decadent chocolate dessert.
“I know what you’re thinking—how did a high school kid get his hands on all this fancy food? Well, it turns out Mr. Stark saw my last video and decided to help me out. He thought if I’m going to do this, I might as well do it in style, right? So he sent over some of the best food I’ve ever seen, and I can’t wait to dig in.”
As the meal went on, Peter made sure to drop a few more mentions of Tony’s unexpected but much-appreciated sponsorship. “So, a huge thank you to Mr. Stark for making this happen. If you guys like this kind of video, let me know in the comments, and maybe I can convince him to sponsor another one. Who knows, maybe next time we’ll do something even crazier!”
Finally, after working his way through most of the meal—leaving just enough to share with Ned and Aunt May so she wouldn’t get too suspicious—Peter leaned back in his chair, patting his stomach with a satisfied sigh. “Well, that’s it for today’s Mukbang, everyone. I hope you enjoyed watching as much as I enjoyed eating. And remember, if you’re ever in the mood for some gourmet food, just get yourself a Tony Stark. It works for me!”
He flashed a grin at the camera before signing off. “Thanks for watching, and I’ll see you in the next video. Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and comment—especially if you want to see more videos like this! Until next time, this is Bite & Binge, signing out.”
With that, Peter hit the stop button, the screen fading to black as he sat back with a contented smile. Sure, swinging through the city as Spider-Man was amazing, but for now, being on Bite & Binge wasn’t too bad either.

------------------------------
Peter couldn’t believe this was happening. Sitting in Tony Stark’s lab, he adjusted the camera angle one last time, ensuring it captured both him and Tony as they sat at the sleek metal workbench. But instead of the usual high-tech gadgets and holographic displays, the table was covered with a familiar sight: bags of Burger King burgers, fries, and sodas.
Peter glanced over at Tony, who was casually unwrapping a burger, seemingly unfazed by the millions of viewers that were about to tune in. "You ready for this, Mr. Stark?"
Tony smirked, taking a big bite out of his burger before he answered. "Kid, I was born ready. Let’s show the world what they’re missing."
Peter grinned, excited and a little nervous. He reached out and hit the “Go Live” button on the screen, and within seconds, comments started pouring in as viewers flooded into the stream.
“Hey everyone, it’s Peter, a.k.a. Bite & Binge, and I’ve got a super special guest with me today,” Peter said, trying to keep his voice steady as the number of viewers climbed rapidly. “You all know him, you all love him—Tony Stark!”
Tony waved to the camera with his free hand, his other still holding his burger. "What’s up, internet? Hope you’re all hungry, because we’re about to settle some things over some good old-fashioned American fast food."
The chat exploded with comments:
@BiteMe101: "OMG, it’s really him!"
@IronManForever: "This is insane! Tony Stark is on Bite & Binge!!!"
@DoubtingThomas: "Wait, is this legit? I can’t believe Tony Stark would waste time on this."
Peter laughed as he read through some of the comments. "So, we’ve been seeing a lot of people questioning whether my last video was really sponsored by Mr. Stark. And, well, here we are to set the record straight. Mr. Stark, care to explain?"
Tony leaned forward, looking directly into the camera. "First off, let’s get one thing straight—Peter’s not a liar, and I don’t have time for fake news. Yeah, I sent him that gourmet spread, and no, it wasn’t some publicity stunt. Kid’s got an appetite like nothing I’ve ever seen, and I figured, why not give him a taste of the high life?"
The chat erupted with excitement:
@BurgerKingQueen: "OMG, he really did it! Respect!"
@RealTalk_88: "Okay, I believe it now. This is wild."
@IronStan: "Tony’s the GOAT for this."
Peter took a bite of his burger, savouring the familiar taste. "And just to prove we’re all about balance, today we’re going back to basics with some Burger King. Mr. Stark’s idea, actually."
Tony chuckled, wiping a bit of ketchup from his mouth. "That’s right. You know, there’s something about a good burger that just hits the spot. Funny enough, the first thing I asked for after I got back to the States from Afghanistan was an American cheeseburger."
The chat lit up with curiosity:
@StoryTime: "Wait, what? Tell us more!"
@OMG_Avengers: "Is this a true story?!"
Tony leaned back in his chair, a nostalgic look in his eyes. "Yeah, true story. So there I was, fresh off the plane, looking like a mess after being stuck in a cave for months. I’m starving, and all I can think about is getting my hands on a good, greasy burger. So, what do I do? I ask for one the second I land. They bring it to me, and I’m thinking it’s going to be the best thing I’ve ever tasted."
Peter leaned in, fascinated, even though he’d heard bits of this story before. "And was it?"
Tony laughed, shaking his head. "Not exactly. I took one bite and my stomach—after months of barely eating—couldn’t handle it. Let’s just say that burger didn’t stay down long. I threw up almost immediately, and then I went straight into a press conference to announce that Stark Industries was getting out of the weapons business."
The chat exploded with reactions:
@GrossedOut: "No way! That’s insane!"
@RealHeroStories: "Tony Stark is the real deal. Wow."
@IronManIsBae: "And now he’s eating BK with Peter? Full circle moment!"
Peter laughed, shaking his head in disbelief. "That’s crazy, Mr. Stark. I guess that’s why we’re sticking to burgers we can handle today, huh?"
Tony grinned. "Exactly, kid. Sometimes, you’ve got to know your limits—even when it comes to cheeseburgers."
The two continued eating, answering live questions from viewers, and laughing as more and more people joined the stream. Peter felt a sense of pride and relief as Tony’s presence silenced the doubters and showed everyone that Bite & Binge wasn’t just some random kid’s gimmick. It was real, and it had the backing of one of the most powerful people in the world.
As they finished up, Peter looked into the camera with a grin. "So, there you have it, folks. Straight from the man himself. Huge thanks to Mr. Stark for joining me today, and for proving once and for all that this channel’s the real deal."
Tony raised his soda in a mock toast. "Anytime, Pete. And for all of you out there, keep watching Bite & Binge. Who knows? Maybe next time, we’ll be eating something even crazier."
The chat filled with cheers and emojis as Peter and Tony waved goodbye, ending the livestream on a high note. As the screen went dark, Peter couldn’t help but feel like he’d just crossed into a whole new level.

------------------------------
A couple of weeks after Peter’s viral livestream with Tony Stark, things were busier than ever for Bite & Binge. The channel’s subscriber count had skyrocketed, and Peter was getting more views and comments than he ever imagined. Ned, of course, was thrilled, and the two friends spent every spare moment brainstorming new ideas to keep the momentum going.
One afternoon, as they sat in Peter’s room surrounded by half-empty takeout containers and laptops, Ned suddenly perked up. “You know what would be epic? A collab with Spider-Man.”
Peter paused, a piece of pizza halfway to his mouth, and raised an eyebrow. “Uh, Ned, you do remember that *I* am Spider-Man, right?”
Ned rolled his eyes, waving off the obvious. “Yeah, yeah, of course I do. But I mean, like, a video where it looks like you’re hanging out and eating with Spider-Man. Two different people. Imagine the views! People would lose their minds.”
Peter grinned, setting the pizza down as the idea took root in his mind. “That… could actually work. But how would we pull it off without everyone figuring out it’s just me in a suit?”
Ned’s face lit up with excitement. “Dude, we’ve got Tony Stark on speed dial! If anyone can help us make this look legit, it’s him.”
That evening, Peter and Ned pitched the idea to Tony, who was immediately on board. “You want to do a collab with yourself?” Tony asked with a smirk. “That’s a new one. But hey, I like the creativity. I’ll send over some equipment that should do the trick.”
The next day, a sleek Stark Industries van pulled up outside Peter’s apartment, and the driver unloaded a ton of high-quality filming gear: 4K cameras, professional lighting, motion-capture suits, and even a portable green screen. Peter and Ned’s jaws dropped as they unpacked the boxes, each piece of equipment more advanced than the last.
“Mr Stark really went all out,” Peter muttered, examining a camera that looked more like something out of a sci-fi movie than a YouTube setup.
Ned nodded, already setting up the lights. “This is going to be so awesome. We can film your parts as Peter first, and then do all the Spider-Man stuff separately. We’ll edit it together so it looks like you’re both in the same room.”
They spent the next few days meticulously planning every shot, writing a script that played to Peter’s strengths in both roles. They decided on a fun theme: Peter “interviewing” Spider-Man while they ate, asking all the questions fans had always wanted to know—like what it was like to fight bad guys while trying not to get pizza sauce on his suit.
When everything was finally ready, Peter donned his usual hoodie and jeans for the Peter scenes, while Ned directed and filmed. They shot all the parts where Peter was talking to an “invisible” Spider-Man, leaving pauses where Spider-Man’s responses would be edited in later.
Then came the tricky part: getting into the Spider-Man suit and filming the corresponding scenes. Peter had to make sure his movements and mannerisms as Spider-Man were distinct from his Peter persona, so no one would suspect they were the same person. Tony’s motion-capture suit helped a lot, allowing them to fine-tune Spider-Man’s movements in post-production, making it seem like two entirely different people were interacting.
Finally, after hours of filming, Ned and Peter sat down to edit. With Tony’s state-of-the-art software, they were able to seamlessly splice the footage together, using the green screen to create the illusion that Peter and Spider-Man were in the same room, casually sharing a meal and bantering back and forth.
When they watched the final product, they couldn’t help but grin from ear to ear. It looked flawless.
“Dude, this is insane,” Ned said, high-fiving Peter. “No one’s ever going to figure out it’s just you.”
Peter laughed, relieved that their plan had worked so well. “Let’s just hope they don’t start asking how I managed to get Spider-Man to do a Mukbang with me.”
They uploaded the video with the title: “Bite & Binge Meets Spider-Man: Mukbang Q&A with the Web-Slinger!” Within minutes, the comments section was blowing up:
@WebHead4Life:
"OMG, Peter and Spider-Man eating together?! This is legendary!"

------------------------------
Peter was in the middle of adjusting some web fluid settings in the lab at Avengers Tower when Tony Stark walked in, a mischievous glint in his eye. Peter barely had time to look up before Tony started talking.
“Hey, Underoos,” Tony began, leaning casually against the doorway. “Got a minute? I’ve been doing some late-night YouTube browsing, and guess what I found? A certain Mukbang video with our friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man.”
Peter froze, a mix of pride and nervousness filling him as he realized Tony was talking about the video he and Ned had made. “Uh, yeah… that one. It was just a fun project. I didn’t think you’d see it.”
Tony chuckled, strolling over to Peter’s workbench and picking up a random gadget. “See it? Kid, it’s the best thing I’ve seen in ages. I’ve got to hand it to you—that was genius. Seamless editing, spot-on performances. If I didn’t know any better, I’d think Spider-Man and Peter Parker were two different people.” Tony’s smirk grew wider. “But the best part? The comments. People asking why you didn’t get a *real* hero like Captain America. I’ve been laughing about it all morning.”
Peter winced, remembering the flood of comments doubting Spider-Man’s status as a “real hero” and suggesting he should have done the video with Captain America instead. “Yeah, some people weren’t exactly thrilled about Spidey.”
Tony smirked. “Oh, I saw. ‘Why not a real hero like Captain America?’ and all that. But here’s the thing, Peter—you know me. I’m not one to settle for just a simple ‘one-up’ when I can go all out.”
Peter blinked, confused but intrigued. “What do you mean?”
Tony set the gadget down and turned to face Peter, that familiar glint of excitement in his eyes. “How would you feel about doing a Mukbang with not just one Avenger, but with *all* of them? That’s right—Cap, Thor, Natasha, Banner, Clint, and of course, yours truly. Six ‘real heroes’ all in one video. How’s that for an answer to the haters?”
Peter’s jaw dropped. “You’re serious? You’re going to get all the Avengers to do a Mukbang video with me?”
Tony nodded, clearly enjoying Peter’s stunned reaction. “Absolutely. I’ve already got a few ideas in mind. We’ll have to coordinate schedules and figure out the logistics, but I think it’ll be a blast. Just imagine the look on everyone’s faces when they see that video pop up on your channel. Not one, not two, but six Avengers—just for you.”
Peter was practically buzzing with excitement. “Mr. Stark, that would be incredible! I can’t even imagine… I mean, all of them? Together? That’s next-level!”
Tony grinned, clearly pleased with himself. “You bet it is. We’re talking about making history here, Peter. No one’s ever going to question your choice of ‘real heroes’ again after this. And who knows? Maybe we’ll even set a new record for most food consumed by superheroes in one sitting.”
Peter couldn’t stop smiling, his mind already racing with possibilities. “Thank you, Mr. Stark! This is going to be amazing. I’ll start thinking about the menu and how we can make this the best video ever.”
Tony clapped Peter on the shoulder. “That’s the spirit, kid. Start planning, and I’ll get to work on wrangling the team. And trust me, by the time we’re done, those comments about ‘real heroes’ are going to look pretty dumb.”
As Tony left the lab, Peter could hardly contain his excitement. A Mukbang video with all the Avengers? It was beyond anything he’d ever dreamed of. This was going to be the ultimate answer to anyone who doubted Spider-Man—and the most epic video in Bite & Binge’s history.
