    Krypton is led by the Zor-El empire and since the death of the emperors, the princess and now Empress Kara Zor-El has ruled with sadism, and because of that some former military soldiers led by Wins-Low have created LEGION, a rebel organization that seeks to remove from power the sadistic Empress whom everyone calls: "The Red Mist".
