Summary
This was inspired by the song Daylight by David Kushner
Lucifer Morningstar. A single father who just wants the best for his daughter and will do anything to give her the best. Except something always has to get in the way, whether its from an outside source or it's just himself. But he's always just had a hard time. Eve is Lucifer's neighbour in their apartment building, that comes and helps out Lucifer when he needs a babysitter for Charlie, especially when he works long hours. The owner of the building is Eve's husband Adam and that brings its own baggage. He just tries to keep his life in as much order as he can because he can't risk falling apart. He just can't. That is until Alastor comes into the picture. A man with many secrets, just like Lucifer.
