Strangetown: 26 years later
Prologue
Now before I get into it, let me show you the characters and all for the first chapter since JRO is a polycule and show who’s child is who’s
Lucy Grunt: Ripp and Ophelia’s child
Bronson Grunt: Ripp and Johnnys Child
Jemima Grunt: Ripp and Johnnys Child
Megan Smith: Ophelia and Johnnys child
Paul Smith: Ophelia and Johnnys child
Francine Smith: Johnny and Ophelia’s child
It’s now 2030, SIMNation has changed since 2004.. Now, everything has changed. All of the Strangetown adults are elders and have retired in a retirement home, The kids all became adults and now have their own kids. What will Celestine, Bronson, Megan and Jason do for their life now that they have graduated high school and/or college?
At the Smiths house resides Johnny, Ophelia, Ripp, and their kids: Bronson, Jemima, Francine, Paul, and Megan. Their eldest Lucy has moved out and speaking of, their 4th eldest, Megan is also moving out to live with her cousin Celestine and her family since their place has more room.
Bronson wakes up and he looks around and gets up from the bed and he dresses for the day and he looks into his sisters Megan’s empty room where she is packing the last box
“So leaving this morning?” Bronson asked Megan as he walked in
“Yep, I decided to go ahead and leave now. Celestine said now would be a good time to move since Amy is still in school for another few hours. It’s the last day after all.” Megan says as she grabs the box from her bed
“Ahh that’s cool. Need any help?”
“Hmm I’m good. But thanks for asking.”
They then go out into the hallway and downstairs
“So who’s taking your old room?”
“I don’t know. If Ophelia or Ripp or Johnny decide to have another baby they can have it. Either way.”
They walked into the living room and there is their parents Ripp, Johnny, and Ophelia. They are in a polygamous relationship and are very strong together.
“Well.. there’s our little girl moving out.” Johnny says smiling
“Dad, I’m not little anymore. I’m 18 and done with high school!” Megan says as she laughed softly
“Well, even if you aren’t a little girl, you still are our little girl.” Johnny said as he hugged her “You need any help?”
“No thanks. I’m fine. Well.. I’ll definitely miss you guys but I will visit every few days. I mean I’m only 2 miles away. I’ll talk to you guys later.” Megan says as she hugs her mother, dad, and father
“We will miss you too, Megan.” Ophelia said smiling and tearing up a little while hugging “Please be safe”
“I will, mother, don’t worry.”
“Call us if you need anything” Ripp said as he hugged her
Megan smiles and tells everyone including her siblings she loves them. Megan then gets into her car and drives off
“I’m going to miss Meg.” Paul, her younger brother said as he watched her drive away
“We are all going to miss her.” Jemima says as she sits down on the couch to watch TV
“Like when Lucy moved out a few years ago.” Francine since as she recalls her half sister Lucy moving to a new place in Strangetown to be a lot closer to her work
“So how well did you sleep, Bronson?” Ophelia asked him
“I slept okay. But somebody was up all night talking with Amy again!”
“Hey! You promised you wouldn’t tell!”
“Francine, just because it’s summer, that doesn’t mean I want you to stay up all night.”
Bronson then walks into the kitchen and he gets some stuff to make an omelet. Ripp walks in
“Hey, Bronson, I forgot to tell you, Jason is staying with us for the summerI want you to stay on your best behavior and spend some time with him. The last time you two ever spent time together was when you graduated high school a few years back.” Ripp says as he talks to Bronson about the last time him and Jason spend time together
“I will, father don’t worry.”
Paul then walks in as he grabs his food from the fridge and a drink
“I’m off to my summer job, I’ll see you guys tonight.”
“Alright be safe.” Ripp said as he hugged Paul. Paul walks out of the kitchen and leaves. Few moments later Bronson is eating and then Buck and Jason arrive
“Bronson!” Jason says as he walks up to Bronson, the two hug “How’s it going?!” Jason says excitedly
“I’m doing good! How about you?”
“Just glad schools out for the summer! Man junior year was just chaotic! I can’t wait to graduate next year. Where can I put my stuff?”
“You’ll put your stuff in Megan’s bedroom” Johnny says as he walks in “Need me to bring your stuff in the bedroom?”
“You don’t have to but you can.”
“Nonsense, you're a guest here, Jason! I’ll do it for you.”
Johnny leaves and Ripp walks in
“So you're ready to stay with your cousins?” Buck asked Jason
“I sure am” Jason says smiling
“Good. Be on your best behavior. Hey Ripp, can we talk upstairs real quick or actually on the porch?” Buck asked Ripp
“Sure! Alright.” Ripp says as the two walk outside
“So let’s help you unpack and settle in.” Bronson said as the two walked up stairs
Ripp and Buck go out to Bucks car and they leaned against it
“So what’s up?” Ripp asked him
“I just found out the school has expelled Jason because he wasn’t “good enough” or something like that!”
“What?! That’s bullshit! Why would they do that?!”
“I don’t know.. He’s only 17 and me and Jill are pissed by this. Anyways, Jason told us he’ll look for jobs at the career center and hopefully things go okay.”
“I hope so too. I’m sorry you are going through this. This is very unexpected.”
“It is. Anyways, I need you to also do me a favor. Can you watch our kids this weekend? Me and Jill are going out and have some time alone and we may have another kid.”
“That’s amazing, Buck! Yes I will watch the kids and I hope you and Jill give me another niece or nephew!” Ripp says excitedly, a little too loud
“Sssh!!! Ripp, don't yell it out so loud! Do you want a microphone to announce it to everyone in SimNation?!”
“Sorry!”
“Anyways I’m off. I’ll let you know when I’m dropping the kids off. See you later.” Buck says as he gets in his car and drives off
“See you later!” Ripp says he watches Buck drive away
Bronson and Jason are in Megan’s bedroom as they turned it into Jason’s room
“So what do you think?” Jason asked him
“It’s very nice, I like it.” Bronson said as he sat down on the bed “Hey actually, you want to chill by the pool?”
“Oh yes please!” Jason said as he is looking for his swim trunks
At the Beaker Mansion resides Pascal's alien daughters, Celestine and Hypatia, Pascal and Jace's child Penelope, and Loki's genetically engineered son, Atom. Celestine and Atom are married and they have a child together named Amy. While Pascal and Loki are still feuding with each other, they still get along for their kids. Celestine and everyone is making sure things are good for Megan when she gets here to move in
Celestine sits in the living room as she awaits for Megan. Penelope and Atom then walk in
“So I’m guessing Megan is coming today?” Penelope asked Celestine as she sat down beside her
“Yep! She is. Atom, are you sure you're okay with Megan living with us?”
“Yes, Celestine, don't worry! I’m perfectly fine with it! I don’t even care if your parents even moved in either.” Atom says as looks at the window. “Looks like Megan pulled in!”
“Oh that’s good! Let’s help her. Also how was Mom and Dads visit today?” Celestine asked Penelope
“It was all good, well it was awkward cause I almost walked in on them doing the deed.”
“Really, Penelope?” Celestine asked her shaking her head and laughing softly
“What? It’s true! It was very awkward but it got better later on. Along with them, Mike is doing good, Daryl is too. Pascal Jr and Tycho are also doing well too. So everyone is doing well.”
They then walk outside and see Megan getting out her suitcases
“Megan!” Celestine and Penelope says as they hug her
“Celestine, Penelope! I missed you all!” Megan says as she smiled at them “Thanks for letting me stay here.”
“No problem! Anyways, you are sharing a room with Penelope. There’s an extra bed and you can decorate your side however you like” Celestine says as she gets a box from Megan’s car.
The three of them help Megan get the rest of her stuff and unpack her stuff. Megan then lays back on her bed exhausted as it took them quite a few hours to unpack and settle everything
“Oof!” Megan said as she sighed “I didn’t realize how long that took! It’s just clothes and some electronics!”
“You think that’s it but it’s not. There’s more and more until you are just completely done and all.” Penelope says as she gets up from the bed
“Hey where’s Hypatia?” Megan asked Celestine
“I think in her room with Amy”
“Well let’s go check on them!”
“Alright? To be honest they have been quiet lately-.”
Then loud pop music is being played through the walls
“I stand corrected..”
“Ugh, she listens to Paris Hilton?” Megan asked Celestine as she gets up
“Well yeah. Honestly Paris Hiltons song may have flopped but I love it.”
In Hypatia's room, the girls are dancing together
“This is fun!” Amy says as she smiles and dances
“It is!” Hypatia says as she continues to dance
Celestine, Penelope, and Megan all walk in to dance
“Oh my God! Celestine!” Hypatia sighs as she turns off the music “Your dancing is awful.”
“What?! It’s not!”
“Anyways, Hey, Megan! Welcome home!”
“Thanks Hypatia! Hello, Amy!” Megan says as she hugs Amy
“Cousin Megan!” Amy says as she smiles into the embrace
“What are we doing for dinner?” Hypatia asks Celestine
“Most likely take out since I’m exhausted. We’ve been unpacking all day with Megan.”
“Alright. Oh! Also, Damien, William, And Veronica and I are going to Belladonna cove later this week to just hang out and shit.”
“Language, Hypatia! There’s a child in here!” Penelope scolds her
“Okay fine. We are just going to hang out and all that crap.”
Everyone then chuckles softly
“Well I’m glad the Capps and Monty’s aren’t feuding as much.” Celestine says to Hypatia “Just stay safe and your curfew for the summer is 2am.”
“Alright cool.”
Later on, everyone then eats some take out dinner that Penelope has ordered and everyone continues to talk with Megan. Now in Penelope and Megan’s room, Penelope is looking through her photos on her room and sees a photo of her and Greta
“Oh.. I miss you Greta…” Penelope sighs as she looks at the photo of her and Greta.
“Greta Is your ex?”
“Well.. not ex but we decided to not date because of long distance.. She lives in Pleasantview and we are here in Strangetown and that’s a 5 hour drive. We promised to each other we will date again when she moves. I hope she’s doing well.”
“Why don’t you call her?”
“I kind of get anxious.. it’s like 10th grade again when I first met her!” Penelope chuckled softly and sets her phone down
“I hope things continue to get better.. anyways in a few days I have an online casting call audition and so I need some quiet.”
“Alright we will make sure everyone is quiet. Most likely with the summer, everyone is out of the house for the day.”
“Haha yep. Anyways, thanks again for letting me share a room with you.”
“No problem, cuz! Anyways, goodnight.”
“Goodnight.”
Then it was just silence as everyone had fallen asleep for the night. Only audible thing you hear is crickets chirping.
