Chapter Text
"Han Yoojin-ssi, please think about what your brother would say, he won't be very happy." Suk Simyeong said in a very flustered tone..
"Well, he has to be here to even be upset at me!" Han Yoojin yelled at him from his precarious spot on the roller coaster. A Very Dangerous One. Very High Up. Good lord, Han Yoohyun will murder him.
Han Yoojin was on the edge of the roller coaster, and no one was small enough to get where he was without risking Yoojin falling off.
"Please, Han Yoojin-ssi, get down from there and then we will talk about your brother coming here," Suk Simyeong, increasingly frustrated but not daring to yell at the GuildMaster’s spoiled little brother.
Han Yoojin scoffed, "We both know that I won't budge until I get what I want, so why don't you just call my brother and tell him that if he doesn't come his precious little brother will end up splat on the cement."
Suk Simyeong resisted the urge to glare at the black-haired menace. He glanced around to see what could get the very annoying child off from the very dangerous spot. Unfortunately, all he saw was Hayeon guild members and the amusement park employees frantically trying to set up a tarp in case Han Yoojin were to fall.
"Han Yoojin-ssi! What are you doing there!? Suk Simyeong give me one good reason why he is up there?"
"Ah, hello Kim Sunghan-ssi." Suk Simyeong bowed his head slightly in acknowledgement, receiving a quick one in return. "It seems our mini Guild Master is anxiously awaiting his older brother's arrival."
"What?" Kim Sunghan seemed to not have expected that.
"I want my brother here!" Han Yoojin took his chance to reiterate his demands. He clung onto his spot where he had climbed onto the roller coaster very tightly.
"Han Yoojin-ssi, please get down from there! Your brother is working right now, he is doing very important things in Hayeon. Managing guild funds, dunge- " Suk Simyeong tried to reason.
"So, I'm not important enough for my Hyung all of the sudden? Some stupid guild is better than me?" Han Yoojin interrupted, his small body slightly trembling.
"Han Yoojin-ssi! It's not just some stupid guild! It is your-"
"Whatever." Han Yoojin said, rolling his eyes.
"Yoojin, what are you doing?" Bak Yerim strolled up to where Suk Simyeong and Han Yoojin were giving each other dirty looks.
"Han Yoojin-ssi won't get down if his brother isn't here." Kim Sunghan tiredly explains, pausing from helping build a net to catch Han Yoojin, gesturing to the kids spot on the roller coaster structure.
Bak Yerim furrowed her brows, "Want me to get him down?"
"Don't you dare, Yerim! If you do, I'll tell Myeongwoo-Hyung to not make anything for you anymore!" Han Yoojin threatened his friend.
Bak Yerim shot him a panicked look and backed down. "Geez ok, damn, don't get your panties in a twist." She then sat down on the ground and pulled out chips from God knows where.
Han Yoojin turned red but otherwise didn’t protest.
“Bak Yerim! Get him down, this is not something you negotiate!” Suk Simyeong yelled. “Han Yoojin-ssi could get injured, do you not care?”
“Woah, mister.” She stood up walking threateningly to Suk Simyeong, “If he happens to fall, I will catch him before your old ass can even rea-”
“Yerim! Is my brother coming?” Han Yoojin yelled impatiently.
“Ugh, I don’t know. I don’t have a freaking tracker on him like he does for you.” Bak Yerim snorts, backing off and walking back to her spot on the floor.
Suk Simyeong was red from anger and walked away from the two teens, slightly stomping. Bak Yerim waves at him a bit mockingly.
“Why don’t you just call him?” Bak Yerim asks.
Han Yoojin puffs his cheeks and mumbled, “We got in a fight.”
“Really? Why this time?” Bak Yerim questioned, a bit unimpressed.
“He wanted me to just stay at the country club up north! All summer!” Han Yoojin complained.
Bak Yerim looked at him somehow even more unimpressed, “Oh poor you.”
“I know how that sounds! But hear me out, all I wanted was to be able to hang out with you and him a few times during summer.”
“God he is such a contro-”
“A what?” Han Yoohyun’s voice startled both of the teens. Bak Yerim shot straight up, making a move to open her inventory. Han Yoojin yelped and grabbed the pole of the Roller coaster tighter and the people below him screamed, possibly more freaked out than him.
Han Yoohyun called over Kim Sunghan and Suk Simyeong, “What is he doing there?”
“Guildma-” Suk Simyeong started to say before he was once again interrupted by Han Yoojin.
“Hyung, Hyung, Hyung! He didn’t want to call you because he said you don’t care about me!” Han Yoojin gave Suk Simyeong a shit eating grin as he said this. The man rapidly paled as he felt the full force of the murderous aura Han Yoohyun gave out.
“What?”
“Sir, that is completely wrong, I never said that. Sir, you have to believe me. I-”
“Suk Simyeong, I told you repeatedly. Anything concerning my brother must be reported to me immediately. I did not ask about your opinion on this. If anything happens to him,” Han Yoohyun paused and towered over Suk Simyeong.
“Hyung, catch!” Han Yoojin yelled as he leaped off the roller coaster. Han Yoohyun immediately turned around and used his Willow Leaves skill and leaped up to catch his younger brother.
Han Yoojin landed roughly in Han Yoohyun’s arms, the older man cradling the younger’s head.
“Yoojin! You reckless-”
Han Yoojin hugged his older brother and exclaimed, “Hyung!”
Han Yoohyun immediately softened, “Yoojin, why did you do that?” He absentmindedly pets Han Yoojin’s hair.
“I wanted to see you. You promised we would go to the park today together. You lied to me.” Han Yoojin pouted at the older man. Han Yoohyun let out a small wince and felt guilty, he did after all promise him that.
“I got busy-”
“Whatever. Let me down. Now.” Han Yoojin crossed his arms and demanded.
“Yoojin-ah,” Han Yoohyun pleaded and softly let down Han Yoojin. “I’m sorry.”
“Yerim!” Han Yoojin ignored Han Yoohyun, leaving the man slightly pouting and following his younger brother.
Bak Yerim saw the younger man rushing to her, “What?”
“Let’s go on a ride!” Han Yoojin pulled her up and started to drag her away. Before they could go any further, an arm shot out and grabbed Han Yoojin.
“No.” Han Yoohyun firmly said. “You are coming straight home.”
Han Yoojin glared at him, “You're not even going to be home. Why should you tell me where I can and can’t be?”
“I-” Han Yoohyun hesitated before he glanced back at Suk Simyeong, “I will be taking the next three days off.”
“Sir! Don’t let the little-” Suk Simyeong yelled.
“That was not a request. I will not do anything for the next three days, so Suk Simyeong, make it possible.” Han Yoohyun said with a threatening tone.
Han Yoojin grinned and let go of Bak Yerim, she scoffed but walked off to a food truck stand. “Hyung! Let’s go to Kyoto Kitcho Arashiyama for dinner!”
“Ok, let me get everything ready so we can go there, Yoojin-ah.” Han Yoohyun smiled indulgently at Han Yoojin.
Bak Yerim rolled her eyes at the two brothers, “Damn rich kids.”
