   Summary

   Bill Cipher's last resort, summoning the Axolotl, massively backfires on him. He cannot cheat the fate he has signed up for, and karmic debt will not go unpaid.
   After millenia of therapy and attempts at reforming him, he gets to make one last choice for himself on how he wants to serve his sentence. One last hope and attempt at getting through to him.
   He dives into the opportunity to be "set free" fangs first, ready to sink back into glory. He quickly learns things are not as he'd assumed they'd be.
