Summary
“Okay, one, two, three!” Tommy exclaims, and proceeds to blow out the candles. He gets rudely interrupted by the sudden urge to cough. He makes a split-second decision of holding it in; for a moment, he thought he successfully kept it from leaving his throat.
Until he made practically everyone jump because of the weird choking noise that just spewed out of his mouth.
What's worse is that he coughed directly onto the cake. If he looks on the bright side, it's probably contaminated by his own spit and he gets to keep it all to himself. On the other hand, all the guests are going to hate him now.
OR
It's Tommy's birthday and he is sick. Fortunately, his brother knows how to make his day a tad bit better.
