Mourning was never a foreign concept to the gods and demigods, but the death of hero so prodigious like Percy Jackson to die. No, to be murdered was something that would forever have echoes across the pantheons.
Some scream in pain, and others pray. The pyre burns through the gleaming greens and blues, like a sea of drowned souls, while the spool of the hero's thread unweaves from the tapestry.
Oh, and how the fates love to build up their tragedy. The fight of the heavens against the earth, all for a soul thought lost. Red and gold, a demigod’s tale, a god’s fall, a soul to determine it all.
To fire or storm the world must fall...
Gods forced away from their golden thrones of Olympus, to try and desperately rise. Of Gold hiding red underneath. Of anguish and screams.
