The axolotl has come up with a plan that will hopefully get bill to see that there are better things in existance than just causing death and destruction. And who better to show him than the pines family.
With the pines bill is in a environment where he's powerless, and more susceptible to a new mindset after his time in the theraprism.
The amphibian has faith that the pines familys relatively healthy family dynamic will be a good influence on bill. However, it maybe hard for Stanford to resist the allure to the power shift. Especially with bill aging him on.
