   Summary

   Midoriya Izuku is a quirkless nobody, no one would care if he didn’t exist.
   His mother works too hard for him, taking whatever shifts she can at the hospital, scraping everything she has to take care of her son.
   Which is why when Izuku sees a flyer on the ground of some dingy alleyway he got beat up in, saying all he had to do was play some silly card game, and he would be guaranteed a fortune he jumped in head first without giving it a second thought.
   However, Izuku missed the part where he'd be betting his own life.
