Summary
It's the world of Cyberpunk 2077, and Edgerunners, but not as you know it.
In the year 2030, something happened. It's known as "The Change." A small portion of the world was suddenly Changed, becoming a wide variety of new species. The world of neon and biotech suddenly had elves and orcs and all manner of other fantasy creatures thrust upon it. To this day, occasionally people will simply Change. Out of nowhere, and for seemingly no reason, a corpo doing the rat run becomes a fairy, or a poor kid down on his luck is a huge orc. Every Change is unique, but they always shake things up—mostly for the better.
Luckily, that was years ago. Our characters are just regular ol' humans, eking out an existence in the world. Surely nothing is going to *change* about their lives, right?
