Summary
In the blue-black light of the twilight sky streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, faintly illuminated by the moon, his white robes stand out. The brightest thing in the room, and yet he does not look out of place. Rather, the light softly curls around him, the folds and dips of his clothes in gentle shadow, outlining his lithe figure, his arms bound behind his back. He waits with bated breath, his chest rising and falling shallowly as the anticipation builds. Every rustle of fabric reverberates in the silence of the room.
