After Pomni and Kinger got trapped on the other side of the haunted door, Jax was about to leave and go look for more ghosts.
But then he felt something pulling him towards the opposite direction. He turned his head and made eye contact with Ragatha.
Ragatha: "Where do you think you're going?"
Her arms were on her hips and her eyes were like a spear pointed at his neck, waiting for the right moment to strike.
Jax: "I was trying to go look for more annoying ghosts to put in this vacuum. But someone doesn't want me to have fun."
Ragatha: "You should stick with the team. We don't want to get lost in here."
Jax: "Ugh, fine! I'll stay. But that's not gonna stop me from pranking you."
Jax followed Ragatha and Gangle through the mysterious mansion.
Hopefully, this adventure will have violence in it. If there isn't, he'll just have to keep messing around long enough so they can finally go back to the circus.
They stopped walking around for a bit and decided to look at all the interesting paintings that were hanging on the wall.
When Ragatha wasn't paying attention, Jax got really bored and tied Gangle's arms together into a bow.
Ragatha: "Jax, stop! You're hurting her!"
Jax: "What? She's fine! Look at how happy she is!"
Gangle starts crying.
Ragatha: "That's it! I'm tired of you and your stupid pranks. You're not even trying to help us."
Ragatha grabs rope that she found earlier and ties it tightly around Jax's stomach and his legs so he can't cause more trouble.
After she helps Gangle untie her arms, she grabs a roll of grey tape that Gangle secretly brings with her on every adventure.
The ragdoll puts a piece of the tape over the purple rabbit's mouth. He tries to talk as loud as he can but then realizes that the tape only muffles his voice.
Jax (thinking): What the hell?! You're going to regret this!
As Ragatha pulls the red wagon that Jax is sitting on towards the end of the hall, Gangle sees the ghost of Mr. Mildenhall's wife.
Gangle: "She looks friendly. Maybe we should go try and talk to her."
Ragatha: "That sounds like a great idea! What do you think, Jax?"
Jax (voice muffled): "Mm HM!"
Ragatha: "I knew you'd want to join us."
Jax was really starting to hate this place now that he was being dragged around by Ragatha AND being forced to stay silent with no way to escape.
