Summary
Aziraphale and Crowley share a car ride from Inverness to London, where they are both moving, during which they bicker about whether angels and demons can truly be friends. By the time they reach London, both of them part ways with the hope they'll never see the other one again. But even in a city of millions, the two keep bumping into each other, and ten years after that fateful car ride, they decide to become friends. Unacknowledged feelings grow as their friendship does.
