When Raiden gets back to America after putting a stop to what would have been Operation Tecumseh, he's ready to sleep for approximately fifteen years. Since that's not an option, his plan is to stay in Denver for a bit and make sure any mercenaries still out to get him are going to be taken care of before Rose and John return from New Zealand.
