Summary
Delores had more up her sleeve than Beetlejuice thought when he discovers Lydia and Astrid as incoming for the Neitherworld. With them dead, his path to the living world is blocked, and he has to make a decision. To use his knowledge of the handbook to get Lydia and Astrid's lives back beneath Delores’ nose, or sacrifice Lydia Deetz as a distraction to take care of Delores. Either way, that first contract was never invalidated, and with the right moves, he was going to finally get his bride.
Tricks are nothing new for Lydia, and she shouldn't be surprised Beetlejuice laid a trap for her, but Richard was her saving grace. At least, she thought so. When Beetlejuice offers her 24 hours to think about it and she learns more about the Neitherworld, what Beetlejuice is offering, and reflects where she went wrong in her life?
She might have to become her own anti-hero.
