It’s hard to look at you

When he washes over your face

Yet your eyes
Spark
Every time
I see you in pain

Maybe it’s meant to stay

Cause without it
You're already dead

 

My love
Don’t bury it away

Cause I fear

 

I’m so close to you
Yet so away

 

Cause I fear
My sole reason to stay

Has left

 

Cause I couldn’t
Keep us safe

 

It was my own cold hands

Who took
Your breath

Nothing to hang on to now
No warmth ahead

(After watching the 7th episode, I realized how shallow and fake agatha can be, yet when it was rio or her son, when it was that loss of love, she looked so alive
I feel like rio likes her role in life as death, yet when it came to the ones she loved and when Nicky’s death destructed their whole family, rio hated her job, hated herself and the whole situation for what it was. So I feel like her seeing agatha so cold and fake, seeing that change in her, seeing her defense mechanism, makes her feel like she killed agatha, and that hurts her much. She wants to share that pain with her which she also has, she doesn’t want agatha to bury it away so that they can connect, so that she can stay.
So that rio has some warmth in her life, something to hang on to, not just cold cold death)
