Summary
When Kylo Ren and Nana have a fight, the twins refuse to accept the stalemate and come up with a plan to get the family back together.
“ ”We brought them, obviously.” Padme eyed the guard as one does muck on the bottom of their shoe. A particularly tall Zabrack, with unusually large horns all round their skull, they were probably stationed there specifically to look intimidating. “Are you on some kinda spice? I’m not sure your horns are supposed to be that big. Aren’t they supposed to be little spikes?”
”Padme, you can’t just ask people if they’re on spice!” Breha hissed, whacking her sister’s arm lightly. Eying the guard for a moment as though trying to answer the question herself, Breha shrugged and turned back to Padme. “It’s not like it matters.”
”What the kriff is that supposed to mean?” The guard narrowed their red-eyed gaze, eyes darting between the two kids who were far too relaxed for hostages.
”Well, it’s just-“
”It means you’re going to be dead soon.” Padme cut her sister off, finishing cutting the deck with a soft whir of the cards.”Series
