   Gen doesn’t remember falling asleep.

   His consciousness returns gradually; at first he realises he’s lying in a bed, which isn’t weird in itself. It is weird, though, that it’s not his own bed. The scent, texture of the covers, everything just feels wrong somehow.

   He snuggles more into the unknown pillow, trying to dive back into the pleasant unconsciousness…
