The very first time it crosses her mind takes her by surprise, because it’s not something she’d ever considered before this moment. She’s not a hundred percent sure what triggers it, but she knows that right now is not the time for her mouth to be overloading her brain in this kind of manner. Moose Master is, of course, about pure insanity, but not the kind of insanity her stupid mouth is trying to unleash on the room. It’s not even her fiftieth video and it’s the first time she’s played this with Spencer before so in defense of her big dumb brain, she’s never gotten to see him quite this adorably flustered before.
Adorable? Pardon the fuck me?
His sass-filled comment stops her anxiety spiraling in its tracks and sends her into a fit of giggles. It’s been spiraling in two different directions for the past forty minutes, but Spencer stops it in its tracks.
She’s just missed the cue Spencer has done for the card make a story one action at a time and she’s feeling like a mighty fucking doofus. Spencer oh, so kindly asks her if she’s going to make him do it again even though she’s clearly lost, and she sighs heavily.
“First Damien says this is my last Smosh video,” she says, voice breaking dramatically as she smacks the table, “and now I’m losing!” Angela grabs for her penalty card.
Damien gasps and interjects, hands on his chest, “I don’t have power over that! Are you kidding me?”, clearly ribbing her just a bit in return.
Spencer pipes in without missing a beat. “I know, but I do and you bullied me,” he says, causing the entire table to erupt into laughter.
Angela smacks both of her fists on the table with the force of it, but her laughter halts immediately and she reads her card once the thought crosses her mind.
I want to kiss him.

It’s not the type of shoot Spencer would typically hang around to watch, but he’s getting in his lunch before they have to film several hours of BAF Legacy, so here he is, tucked away from all the sound equipment and digging into his pile of mini traditional tacos from his new favorite place while he’s got the time to.
Courtney is finally doing another episode of “Why We’re Bad At… ”, but this time she’s got Angela on to talk about first dates.
He won’t lie—he’s curious. Angela has been with them for about seven months now, and it did take him a little bit to finally work with her and begin to get to know her, but he still doesn’t know too much about her personal life. She’s admittedly a fairly private person, so he hasn’t really heard much about her love life or dating history like he has with most everyone else he works with at this point.
Spencer has to admit that he’s surprised when she says she isn’t good at first dates and that is why she hasn’t been on a ton of them. He kind of figured she might not have been on a lot of them because she’s one of the busiest people he’s ever met. The woman is currently rehearsing her ass off for the opening night of Nerdy Prudes Must Die and the following week of performances. Who has time to date in the midst of that?
He finds himself refuting so many of the things she says about herself in his head as he watches the two of his friends talk candidly about their experiences with dating and relationships.
“My first impression is just not… good,” Angela says with absolute conviction. “And I think that’s what first dates are about—your first impression. So, just knowing my first impression, I just know I come off a little too calculated and in my head, and I think that’s what happens in my first date.” She’s almost cringing as she finishes. It’s clear she’s a little nervous about being this open about something this personal.
It’s not exactly a date, but nobody here had a bad first impression of you. In fact, we all loved you immediately. They literally requested you to audition but sent the email to Arasha accidentally.
“I think I’m similar to you,” Angela says to Courtney as they continue their discussion, “where it’s like, I’ve had a handful of them. I’m not like some of my friends who are good at putting themselves out there..”
And yet you draw the attention of everyone around you.
Angela begins explaining going on a date that she didn’t know was a date. “I was in college, and this guy,” she begins, and then drops her voice salaciously for a moment, ”an upperclassman, wanted to get coffee with me. And of course I was like ‘Oh, he’s older! He’ll tell me about theater!”
Luckily the laughter from the rest of the crew drowns out him choking on his sip of Kickstart.
She’s so cute.
Spencer pauses, taco partway to his mouth.
Hold up there for a second. That’s a new thought.
…Sort of.
Finding out she also grew up in the church is a surprising relief. It’s another thing he has in common with her and several other cast and crew, and despite knowing the weird shaped scars that it can leave behind inside of you, he’s happy to know that there are things she could understand about his upbringing that some other people might not.
“I’m a sucker for a wine bar date,” Angela admits when they start talking about dates they do like.
Spencer isn’t much of a wine man at all but he would give it a try.
Wh…? I don't even drink! Like, ever.
He’s very glad that he’s in the back of the room the longer the video goes on, because he doesn’t hide being flustered or embarrassed very well, and the more intimate the conversation gets, the more he hides behind his thermos. For some reason, he didn’t expect it to steer anywhere past first date talk.
It’s not the norm for him to feel flustered hearing about this kind of thing. Sex is a common joke topic around here so it’s not like it’s not something he hears about literally every day. These are also his friends, and friends talk about shit like this.
But this is Angela.
Spencer is actually listening so intently that he’s still not done with his lunch and usually he devours these at an embarrassing speed. Kiana gives him an amused look and he sticks his tongue out at her and she shoots him one in return.
“Are you one who would have sex on the first date, Angela?” Courtney asks emphatically.
“I don’t think it’s a bad thing,” Angela says, and Spencer’s stomach does an unusual swooping thing and his face burns. “I think, when I was growing up, it looked like a bad—or for lack of a better term, “slutty” thing to do.” Especially if she was in the trenches of church.
“So then it was so normalized,” Angela continues. “I remember like, dating a guy in college and never have like, been in like…” She pauses for a second while she gathers her words. “Just like, gone out to eat before, cause we just kept—” She cuts herself off before she can get a little too in depth with that. “It was just like, college. ”
Courtney nods in agreement. “I get it. Yeah, I’ve been through that.”
“So, I think there’s a happy medium. I don’t think there’s a problem with either one.”
It takes Spencer several long seconds to realize he’s jealous and that throws him for such a loop that he almost misses the talk about Angela having a drunken hookup phase.
I wouldn’t make her feel like she needed to be drunk to connect and have a good time.

Spencer did already plan on coming in on this as a pretty intense character, but he doesn’t expect Amanda’s constant flirting with Angela (despite their characters being married) to make him more intense. It’s plucking at a string in his brain that he’s only newly aware of, and he’s glad he’s got a legitimate outlet for his annoyance to go into.
Angela would be a liar if she said she wasn’t enjoying the sight of Spencer dressed up as a cowboy. He looks very good in his outfit. It’s not like anything she’s ever gotten to see him wear before. She knows she’s giggling too much and also staring too much, but Spencer also does keep talking to her, so she’s got an excuse, right?
Both of them know Angela is always giggly during BAF Legacy, but both of them have become aware that she’s extra giggly this game, so Spencer keeps doing everything he can to make her laugh rather than focus on the annoyance that shouldn’t be there on Amanda acting as Angela’s husband.
It’s almost every time she spaces out staring at Spencer that she’s thinking about whether or not, at some point, she could truly get away with kissing him on the cheek like a lady of this time period would a gentleman. No. Nope. Not a good idea. Need consent, and it’s not a good idea. No sir.
Every time he leans in close to give her a look , she gets another whiff of his cologne. She’s immediately glad she established that her character Eleanor is a bit absent-minded at this point, because more than once it makes her nearly lose her train of thought.
It’s always interrupted by wanting to fucking kiss him.
This time she’s not alone in the thought.
Slumber Party Livestream: May 17, 2023
Angela has been unable to stop watching Spencer all night as he walks around in his silly dad shoes and nightgown combination. He looks comfortable and dumb as hell, and she finds it ridiculously endearing. She would also be lying if she said she wasn’t looking forward to the VIP after show. How could she not?
Her mouth overloads her brain within two minutes into the stream after Spencer wryly tells Ian he hopes nobody plays with his ass.
“Well, sorry, but we’re all gonna,” she points out and then bites her lip. She’s glad she’s in the back of the room.
Ian’s is only the first spank and the noise that comes out of Spencer is… a problem. She’s going to be hearing this for way, way too long in her dreams.
God, this is a weird job. Only Youtube (or porn) would come up with something like a spank train.
Chanse’s spank makes her mouth drop open and she gasps as loud as everyone else. Oh, he’s not going to be able to sit for a week. It’s enough that he doesn’t even make noise, and she can’t make herself look at his face in the monitor. She doesn’t need that imprinted in there, too.
After Noah spanks him, Angela’s brain shuts down for several long seconds. She tries to cover for him by saying he’s in pain, and while he is, that is not solely pain sounds.
She goes after Shayne and his piddly little slap, and she puts on a face for the camera like she really doesn’t wanna have to spank her coworker, but she nails him perfectly with her hand and for once, she has nothing to say and she quickly scurries away.
“That was a good—that was a good pressure. That was a good pressure.” Spencer is clearly having a hard time thinking in coherent sentences. He's not alone.
Why am I the only one who got a compliment? Oh my God.
She has literally never been so flustered on camera, and she’s been half naked on television, for fuck’s sake!
The noise Damien wrings out of him makes her actually curl into a ball and cover her face in the back corner. Oh, I should have found a way to get out of the after show.
When Tommy makes a quiet comment about making a supercut of all his moans after Jackie wrings yet another indecent sound out of the man, Angela considers smacking him with a pillow because her brain is already working on one!
I have never wanted to kiss this man so fucking bad in my life.
End of May, 2024
Angela wasn’t scheduled to be on the member’s only livestream today, but she’s got an entire pan of cake and what better to do while stuffing her face than hang out with Amanda, Shayne, and Spencer while they do some type of nonsense?
As is to be expected, Amanda is flirting with Spencer. Angela has had to learn to suppress the twinge of jealousy that arises, because Amanda flirts with absolutely everybody, including her. However, Amanda is also a fucking smokeshow and she feels a little insecure, because it’s hard to not feel like the center of attention with Amanda talking to you like that.
It brings her such immense joy when Spencer looks up at her and asks her to feed him some cake with a little smile on his face. She doesn’t hesitate to start feeding him slowly, intermittently taking her own bites.
She notices a spot of chocolate on his lip and she has to physically cross her legs and tuck her feet into the rung of the stool to keep herself from leaning in and kissing it off of him.
We’re live. Oh my God. This has to stop soon or I’m going to lose my fucking mind.
Livestream date: June 06, 2024
The stream they’ve done of Spencer trying to teach her Fortnite has been scheduled for the very end of the day. They’re definitely going to be here past the time the Slack Bot yells at everyone to get the fuck out for the night.
Angela is absolutely buzzing inside from being so close to Spencer for an hour and from having so much honest praise given to her from him despite how awful she knows she really was. Trying to hide him playing the controller from Shayne gave her goosebumps that feel like they still haven’t gone away.
“You can head on out if you want,” Spencer tells her after they end the stream and close down the game. The minimal amount of crew that’s here is already working on shutting down production, and Shayne has left to go finish up what he needs to do before going home.
“I thought I’d help pick up with you guys,” she tells him, and she gives a little shrug of her bare shoulder. “It wouldn’t feel right to fail and then bounce like that.”
The next thirty minutes are spent putting equipment away, making sure nothing is left out and in danger of possibly being broken, and the end of the crew begins to filter out of the recording studio to log footage and head out for the evening.
Angela is walking with Spencer to his office as they chat so that he can grab his own things after making sure everything in his office is turned off for the night, and then he can head on out. He opens his office door and she follows him in. The snick of the door closing quietly behind her can be heard as the slow-close mechanism keeps it from slamming itself.
“You did way better than I thought you might,” he tells her, and she gives him a skeptical look. “No, I’m serious! You picked up on the controls for driving really fast. Guns are hard to control with controllers no matter what, especially if you’ve never done it. But you fucked some dudes up with your car.”
Angela can’t stop the big smile from spreading across her face. “You really think I did a good job? You’re not just saying so?”
Spencer meets her eyes. “Definitely not just saying so. You really oughta have more confidence in yourself,” he says, volume dropping a bit with the vulnerability of such a statement. “You’re great. You’re doing fantastic, and the best part isn’t whether or not you’re a master at it. It’s watching how happy you get having a new experience, even if it gets frustrating go you sometimes. I love seeing your joy.”
Angela stares at him long enough that his face begins to flush and he starts to fidget.
Why not now? We’re alone, and there’s something here. I know there is. I hope there is...
“I—”
Angela cuts him off, grabbing the lapels of his denim jacket and kissing him softly. He freezes, clearly not expecting her to do so. However, after a couple of seconds, he relaxes into it and kisses her back. Her belly fills with butterflies and the urge she’s had for over a year at this point is finally quieting, just a little bit.
When they part, Angela’s face is bright pink. She bites her lip a little bit, feeling embarrassment and a smidgen of shame.
“I—sorry, I should have asked,” she mumbles.
Spencer’s eyes are wide. “No need to apologize. I’ve wanted to do that for way too fucking long.”
It’s Angela’s turn for her eyes to grow wide. “Really?”
Spencer nods and he clears his throat a little bit. “Would uh… would you like to go get dinner?” It is that time, after all.
The flutter returns even stronger and she tucks some stay hair behind her ear. “I’d really like that, Spence.”
Maybe impulsiveness comes in handy, after all.
