The last thing Jane Miller expected was to see a man half-naked putting up Christmas lights, particularly with all the snow on the ground. And yet the titillating sight caught her off guard, a level of yum she gladly explained to her group of friends who gathered to ogle at the hottie stranger who’d appeared out of nowhere.
Yet, there was that inkling, what with the snowman with the six-pack having disappeared around the same time and Ethel Jennings quite clearly remembered a young man streaking, something at first thought to be a bit of a dare by some youth, only—
Something more was going on, something hot and juicy to gossip about, something that didn ’t seem to happen to her small friend group in such a long time.
“Doesn’t really matter where Jack came from,” Jane Miller thought, drink held in hand. “Things haven’t been exciting in such a long time.”
