Crackling only faintly at the end of words. “Is it everything you thought it would be?” Shauna can feel the smile curling against the goosebumps on her neck. She yelps at the daring nip on her flesh that follows, and twists her fingers into a honey mob of soft hair to keep everything in place; to still have something to control here.
