“Just lead the way,” He shudders, “I’d freeze to death if I stayed out here for another second.” Suzie giggles, warm in her jacket and cold-suitable clothing. “If that’s the case, we should hang here for awhile!”
It’s Quincy’s turn to whip his head around, ”What— Suzie!!” He yelled, “Hey! It’s not my fault you decided to wear thin layers before coming here!” Her shoulders shake, pigtails bouncing with every laugh.
“Oh— can it! You idiot!” “Make me—!”
A loud, sickening snap followed by the crunch of snow is what alerts both tamers that something is wrong. Suzie is the first to turn her head to the source, in the direction of the more silent tamer of the three.
