Chapter Text
Qui-Gon felt himself floating. He could be scared, he probably should be, but the Force was serene around him and he could feel that he was not drowning. He was... safe, somehow.
All around him, he could feel familiar and friendly presences, so he was probably in the Temple and the Healing Halls. With a last effort of focus for his tired state, forcing himself to get past the pain that would prevent him from even moving his fingers if he wanted to, Qui-Gon searched for his Padawan in the Force.
Not having Obi-Wan by his side was worrying, but the relief he felt when he sensed his presence in the Temple was stronger. He was fine. He could concentrate on himself now, Obi-Wan was safe and whatever had happened to him his Padawan had not been seriously hurt.
All was well.
