Echo, while partly a machine himself and thus able to store and use the cybernetics within for everything and anything really, but still loves his datapad almost as much as Tech does his.
Tapping away on the pad at all hours home or on the ship. So much like Tech. And so, the others might just think the are actually joined at the hip.
And yes, the two are very close.
But, Echo certainly enjoys taping around the galaxy wide holonet’s data flow with a chance of discovering something new, hidden and perhaps fun. And, being partly machine gives Echo an edge Tech does not have exactly, sometimes leaving the genius, stunned!
The limitless storage in Echo’s cybernetically enhanced brain an advantage true. But also being able to plugin to the systems and even that precious datapad without having much of anything to explain out loud is a lure, for the ARC his own genius to sometimes spark, wherever and whenever needed, a mission or just, for fun, with all the warnings heeded.
And so, the connection soon enough formed, Echo inside of the wide net surfing. The reward totally scored. Something great there finding never a chore. With the others this information or experience to be sharing as that is the kind of caring Echo has for his family ever so dear.
Soon they all be admiring some scenery from some faraway lands. Perhaps the odd movie nobody can understand. But it’s all there to be shared and with Echo's features achieved, as much as for entertainment purposes being quite neat.
Alas sometimes Echo loves to reminisce.
The datapad also used as backup for his precious memories. From the past, but also from the present.
Walking through the memory lane a favourite past time for the ARC, while keeping all those memories stored not just on his datapad but also his very own heart. As that too can store all ones of precious stuff!
