Work Text:
Snowflakes that adorn my hair
Like a crown that I bare
The faint glow of
distant street lights make
them look like stars tonight
The simplicity of natures mark
Like the place you have within my heart.
But the flakes will melt;
And sink into the strands
Binding to me like I wish
To be bound to you.
How do I begin to count
The ways that I wish
To adore you, my dear.
My Captain, my heart,
Parted from me; but never parted
In the ways that could truly matter.
You are ingrained in my very essence
My katra breathes for you
And you alone.
No logic here within Winters bounty
Just you and me and our hands entwined
Everything so intricately designed
A love I feel so profoundly.
I wish to never be
Without you by my side.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
