Summary
In place of the word "murder," the government has coined the word "extermination." The world is split into lycans and humans. Used to, lycans lived amongst humans in peace, hiding their identities, until a lycan turned from his human form to his animal form in the middle of the city to defend himself from an attack. This catapulted humans into immense fear of everyone around them. This fear brought about the extermination of lycans.
As lycans are mercilessly exterminated, a few humans hide them to protect them. Many lycans find haven in the homes of heartbroken humans who fight for the lycans' rights to live.
