Summary
At the age of sixteen, Rey was taken from Jakku by Kuat senator Snoke and inducted into the mercenary group the Knights of Ren, prized for her unique abilities with the force. Capable of manipulating force energy, her power was exploited by Snoke for personal gain.
But Snoke has grown tired of her inability to push her powers further, and, without his protection, she will be forced to fend for herself in a cutthroat organisation where only the strongest and cruellest survive. Deployed to Coruscant on a mission for Snoke, she has one last chance to prove her worth.
Or: what Rey did the night before hijacking Ben's ship in Kessel Syndrome.
