   Summary

"Addiction. In his mind, addiction meant needing something to function, an inherent craving for the experience. It's something you can't simply resist like it's an annoying itch, because it's more than that. It's more than just an itch, it's more like a hunger. A need of your body that you can't just deny."
He needs the pain. He needs to hurt. He has no reason to, no reason to hurt himself, no reason to do it again and again.
Why was he doing it? He didn't have any reason for it. He was okay, genuinely so, so why did he?
Please don't ask him about it. He's not sure what he'd tell you.
