Summary
Semblances are weird. No one would ever dispute that.
Sometimes they manifested in life threatening situations. Sometimes you're just chilling out and -BOOM- semblance.
Sometimes people without aura unlocked them.
Sometimes they manifest physically, other times they effect their opponents mental state. Or their own, in some cases.
The point is, you can't really predict what a semblance can do- sometimes you can't even tell it's there.
So, a semblance that makes people around you comfortable isn't really that far fetched, if you think about it.
