It was a normal day for Kawaii School. Or at least it was normal for them.
In class 1-1, the teacher was not even in the class, a cult was forming, chairs were being thrown around, and some students were casting gacha memes on a projector. The class doesn't have a projector. A very normal day for Kawaii School.
Suddenly, the announcement speaker turned on. "Attention students and staff. We are currently on lockdown. Please follow all lockdown procedures. Lock the classroom door. Turn down the lights. Maintain silence. Move away from sight. Do not open the door. Prepare to evade or defend." The announcement speaker said.
The announcement speaker kept repeating "Lock the classroom door. Turn down the lights. Maintain silence. Move away from sight. Do not open the door. Prepare to evade or defend." The announcement speaker repeated eerily. The students tried to follow the instructions. However, how could they if their teacher wasn't even there?! Finally, after what seemed like forever, Mr.Kamuel opened the door.
"Hah.. Didn't the announcement say to lock the door, guys?? Anyway, be quiet." Mr.Kamuel said quietly while locking the door. The class wasn't quiet at all. Mr.Kamuel finally got most of the students to follow most of the instructions, however maintaining silence was not one of the things the students were following.
Everyone was hiding under a desk or somewhere they deemed safe enough.
Students were speculating about what they thought was happening. Even Mr.Kamuel seemed interested in the theories they were making up. Mr.Kamual checked his phone for any news, but there was no new news. He sighed.
The announcement speaker turned on again, this time saying "Attention students and staff. We are now out of lockdown. Coming to school will be optional for students this week." The announcement repeated "I repeat. Attention students and staff. We are now out of lockdown. Coming to school will be optional for students this week."
Students began checking their devices for any strange news that could have caused this, the most popular thing trending at that moment was "New Virus Outbreak?!"
There were a few articles about this virus already, and the virus was commonly nicknamed, "The Zombie Virus"
I know very unoriginal. I wonder who named it that.
Anyway, some students made the connection that The Virus could be connected to the lockdown and everything. Mr.Kamual gave them free time until the end of the class, and their class was the last of the day. After school ended, students went to their clubs or did whatever students do.
After a few hours, most of the people who were in the school left. Only the janitor and some other staff members were there.
However, by midnight, the virus had already spread.
