Summary
Ryoko is the child of a villain who gets taken from her father at a younge age by the Hero Commision. Forced to grow up with heroes, Ryoko is taught to be a hero despite her feelings against it. Now she is being forced to attend UA under the supervision of Pro-Heroes: Gang Orca and Ectoplasm, while the League of Villans starts its uprising.
