Amber eyes found Viktor’s across the room. For a moment, the world came to a halt.

“You can’t be serious,” Ambessa said loudly, her tone unamused.
Jayce spun around to face Rictus, the look in his eyes murderous for once. “We have exoskeletons for his leg, don't we? And it won’t matter in a jaeger cockpit.” Then he turned to Ambessa.
