Chapter Text
XGuy's an angel, he set me free.
If you don't see that, then your just like Jay.
That was how it ended. Sweatrr was completely brainwashed. It all ended with a stupid timer, and X did all of it. Foolish. After all Jay did to prove to Sweatrr that they were trustworthy. They tried so hard.
It was time to put XGuy in his place. And Jay didn't waste any time now.
...
So, Jay made another server. Thats how its always went. Yet this time, it would be different.
Jay went straight to getting gear, still planning how to take him down.
The cave was quiet and dim, the only sounds were their pickaxe hitting the cobblestone. Jay looked up for a minute swearing they'd seen something. Just light from the lava. Jay let out a sigh, resuming their mining. Then a voice. It sounded very familiar. "Hello Cj." It echoed across the cave, yet somewhat the voice didn't seem real. It sounded like...
Mk.
"Please tell me you're not in my head." Jay grumbled, not even looking up.
"Ah. I am." Mk said, you could almost hear the smile in his voice.
"Fuck off, you-"
"Say, do you want Sweatrr back?"
Jay paused. They had to remind themselves what the main priority was. Xguy. Not sweatrr. It hurt to admit, but sweatrr was not the reason they started this server. At least not this time. They didn't have any time for him. Best to leave him alone for now. None of their plans involved sweatrr. This Mk guy was pretty sketchy about It too, so how could they know if Mk was still working with XGuy or not?
"...No." Jay said, swallowing the lump in their throat. Never in a million years would they expect themselves to say that.
"Are you sure?" Mk responded. Honestly, Jay didn't want anything this guy had to offer.
"I said it once. I won't say it again." Jay snapped back.
"You're really missing out on this! But go ahead. Decline my offer."
God, this guy sounded like a salesman. A really bad one.
"I'll tell you what. Even though you declined, I'll still give you a free set of armor."
"Uhm...Okay?"
You know what they say, sharing is caring...
"Here you go." Mk handed Jay a shulker box, containing armor, weapons and golden apples.
"Netherite...Why are you being so generous again?"
"Sharing is caring! That and guilty conscience..."
"Okay..." Jay muttered. Then Mk disappeared.
...
That day was pretty normal, aside from Mk. At least Jay got some supplies, and, they had enough diamonds to make some backup armor.
Jay wandered out into the forest, looking for XGuys base, since someone on the server gave them the coords. That someone didn't really seem so reliable, but, it was alright. Suddenly, their communicator buzzed. Jay took it out of their pocket and looked at it.
mkfar whispered to you: Cj. I know where you're going. I see everything.
Jay sighed, rolling their eyes. How does Mk even know where they're going? Awfully weird...Jay typed into their communicator, sending it.
you whispered to mkfar: how scary...totally. if you claim to see everything, then where am i right now? am i underground? am i under a tree?
mkfar whispered to you: you're in a forest, not under a tree.
Suddenly, Mk appeared Infront of Jay, scaring them. Jay immediately took out their sword, pointing it at Mk. Mk smiled. "So, you see, I know where you are. At all times...You...Should probably put that down. It's a weapon, you know." Mk replied, pointing at the weapon. "Impossible. How? That's weird." Jay mumbled. "You see, I know almost everything about you." Mk said. Jay furrowed their eyebrows in response. "Really? What do you know about me?" Jay asked, narrowing their eyes. "Well, for starters I know that," Mk pointed a finger at Jay, "You, my friend, are a demon." Jay's demeanor altered slightly. "HOW?...How do you know- How do I know you aren't making this up?" Jay stuttered. Mk smiled once more. "Cj. Do you know you're speaking to a god right now?" Mk said, his confidence raising ever so slightly.
A god?
