Summary
For most people, their mind was always described to them as a peaceful place. Some people are told to just imagine where you'd like to be. A sunny beach, or your bedroom, somewhere you can briefly get lost in to calm down a stressful situation.
Namgyu has never understood that.
For as long as he can remember, he's been nothing. He's stayed in his place. His mind constantly screams.
He's never had the privilege of imagining somewhere he wants to be. Because he doesn't want to be anywhere.
He stands with the business card in his hand, a bottle of alcohol in the other. He doesn't know a whole lot about this, to be quite honest, he doesn't even care. He dials the number, slurring his words as he gives the information the robotic voice requested without a second thought. Whatever the fuck this was, it couldn't be much worse than his life right now.
The call ends, and he takes another swig out of the bottle. No matter how many times he drinks, it's not enough to numb anything. Though, alcohol is easier to swallow than the fact that he is nothing.
He always will be.
